Seems to be the same issue as last time. The drafts that are being saved in your account and messing up your access for some reason. Delete any post drafts you have in the upper right hand menu and you should have access again. They are working on a long term fix

That did it.
FWIW, I had seven draft comments in there. Some of them I tried to post recently. Others have been there so long, I don't even know when--one was about the Red Hook Crit. I posted one or two and deleted the rest.
