Re: pre- ground coffee. I know I know but waking up everyone with the Grinder at 5:15 seemed like a not great idea lol

but results! 5th for me. It was way colder than I expected but I was able to hold my power up near my ftp. I gave it some extra juice on the climb and then tried to recover a bit through the back half. My pacing felt about right though since I was next to empty on the line and was holding on for dear life. My time ended up being 26:40 and average power was 317. All in all wish I think I could have gotten a bit more out of my legs had it been a touch warmer but happy with the effort

I'm home, and fed. Struggled with my GoPro to get the footage. Anyway, I'm going to shower and sleep since I was up at 3:30 and was falling asleep on the drive home. I'll try to post a report later today... Or something...

That's an eeeearly wakeup for laps in Prospect - truly a testament to how grinding the year+ at home has been for people.

Doesn't look like you went out too hard (what's the normP for your first 2 minutes?) which is great. Of the things you can control that's always #1

My first two minutes: NP: 283Watts (includes part of the hill) Ave Power: 281W.

Saturday the 17th Alex is hosting another TT at the location in the Fall, Rockaway Park. He's doing a Team TT filed too... Anyone interested in perhaps joining me?

I'm not getting my second shot until 4/27, so I don't think I'm cleared until May 11.

Same as JP - I'd love to do it, but won't have max immunization until mid May.
