Save the Date!

On Sunday August 10th Kissena will be hosting a Ride Brooklyn shop ride to the 9W market and back. There will be a picnic in Prospect Park after the ride. This ride is a fun way to give back to the shop, promote the club and meet others to ride with. I encourage you to come join us on the no drop ride.

Regardless on whether you join the ride, feel free to join us in the Park afterwards for the picnic. Let us know in the thread if you plan on riding/attending.

We will post details as we get closer to the ride. We will likely picnic in the North Meadow. Yang and Eloy are in charge of foodstuff. For those in the know, that should be enough to motivate you to show up.

I'll be there, I have family obligations after so may not be able to park picnic for long but am happy to chip in as needed. 

I'll join at GWB. I'm guessing it's going to be about 75 minutes from the store to the bridge?

Yes, anticipate 9:15 at GWB, however, could be a little later depending on makeup of group and if we get out on time

We will follow this route from Ride Brooklyn to the 9W Market.

Great turnout - everyone was super strong and super nice. Def would invite them out to ride again.

Just coming back to this to thank everyone that came out. And special thanks to Dave and Patrick, who brought tables, chairs, and coolers and took care of the post ride pizza in the park. It all was great.
