easy come easy go!
cannot make the $numbers work-out for travel to Catskills Divide RR this sunday,i looked @rentals/zipCar(180mi limit/day before a .45cents/mile fee kicks-in) prohibitively expensive. also looked at train $31.50RT to Poughkeepsie then zipCar from Vasser $60/day, but train schedule does not workout for 10:30am race start.
so, unless there is a Kissena interested in the race &can secure a vehicle, this one will be missed, looks FUN! let me know if anyone hears about race/course etc...for future.

Awwwww YEAH! a SUNDAY race, short with lots of climbing that's not too far away and affordable?

"Good bike handling skills are recommended, along with MTB pedals and shoes - some racers have ran up sections of Townsend Hollow Road"
([sic] have run up)
Erm, no thanks, my MTB shoes are still in the UK. Getting my fix of stupid ascents at the one day races at Tour of the Catskills this year instead.
