Great response and great question! If he is not indicted I will hold my tongue forever. My opinion will be "no comment" If Novitzky does not get an indictment, he should be reassigned to a post in Northern Alaska. He spent a ton of $$$ chasing leads all over the globe. I'm of the belief that the investigation had no initial direction or purpose and that Lance, by name was too big an elephant to pass up. As much as I've been an L.A. hater, I am much bigger proponent of due process. It is in the system now and we will all see eventually how it pans out.

Three cheers for micro-dosing, drug half-lives, lucky timing and the "tainted supplement" excuse. Works every time it seems.

What I now plan to do, is to save 1/2 of key food substances I buy, contaminate them with my PED of choice and rock the cycling world with my great results. If I get busted all I have to do produce a piece of meat or my powdery drink mix for testing. Blamo! Insta-contaminated substance and accidental ingestion.

Of course, maybe that's too much effort. Because as we've seen after these forced breaks from the sport, these dope-heads come back to the sport and find a nice juicy contract to race pro or elite again (I can't wait to see in a few Sundays in Central Park and see my old friends. Woohoo).

This suspicion rating is a little like our terror threat level.
I think the French should go public with it and have the riders display their suspicion level as a part of their jerseys. It could spawn so many more facets of competition at a race like the Tour...For instance "Best Young Rider Who's Probably Doped" (only open to riders under 25 who have suspicion rating <5). They'd be awarded a white jersey with random brown splotches all over it.

Unfortunately Hamilton may be the only other guy around whose truthfulmess is as easy a target for impeachment as Landis but perhaps the combined weight of testimony from Landis + Hamilton + Andreu + others will be persuasive.
