Criterion? CRITERION? Do I want to do a race where they can't get the name right?

For this race, you will not be doing multiple laps of a course between 800 meters and 5k, you will instead sit around and debate the validity of the name of the event. Is the event on a Hillside, what about the relevance of its 100 year reference?

@Stokes, I might join you on the train.

17 min train ride Penn to Newark, then roughly 15-20 min ride from the Newark train station.

Do you know if you need to bring your own release form or is that note for the eager beavers?

I can't do it, but have you considered the double-down? I guess it depends on the CRITERION you use, but adding a second race is a mere $15!

@John My plan is the 9:07 which will get me there in plenty of time for the 45+. Probably not what you had in mind. I did indeed bring my own release last at a previous race from the same series, but they were well equipped and had blank forms available. I think one race will be enough for me. Hope I'll see you there.

This is my mom's hometown. I would love to race it if nj had some 123 fields.

Realized I have tennis @ 12:30pm!

If anyone is planning on driving for the 50 minute 35+ start at 10:15am and then skedaddling straight after, would be great if I could catch a lift. Otherwise Stokes is the sole CRITURION!
