I also have a Limus rear, but no need for a cassette swap if you're running ten speed. I couldn't make it out there today, but will be there tomorrow. What time is your race?
As we lined up, I was surprised at the #s (maybe 25 folks there - ends up only 32 were registered). They called out 20 numbers at a time. As a couple of us were like "wow, this is a small race" one of the guys says "this is HUGE. I race MTB and if we have 10 to 13 that is a big field". Dude then proceeded to complain about being too old. He was 19.....dsanos said:A lot of climbing, much of it with the wind in yer face. That hairpin turn was fun....either dusty, or rooty, or both. A perfect tire-rolling opportunity. Reminded me of the mountain bike days.
Hey Phillip - while I applaud your honesty, I have to tell you the same thing I tell people seeking to improve their posted results after the fact:
Everyone was available at the venue to make corrections to
the results but now we're well outside the 15 minute protest period. The
officials have long ago gone home (along with their race notes) and at this
point it's both difficult (if not impossible) and contrary to the rules to make
any changes to the results. So they're going to stand as posted.
