For these park races, I'd suggest being active and aggressive should be the higher order for the next several 1/2/3 park races to push your physical limits and develop greater tactical acumen. If you can make it to the finish after being active all race, and feel like you still have something left for a leadout, and do that, you're ready to cut the efforts, and give your sprinting a shot against the cat I sprinters. In the mean time, focus on sprinting well in III-only races for the short term.
