I was riding home from work yesterday ,when a guy in jeans and a t shirt rolls up beside me , flashes his cop badge and then asks "why do you stop at red lights" ,says hes working on some vision zero stuff and the rides on , very weird

Not this year - I'll be traveling that weekend. Next year I could definitely be tempted.
@eloy darn, I just saw this. I would potentially go, but would have to check with my Queen first. Do you think there will be another chance to register?

Don't think so. This is my bad for not posting about it earlier. Patrick was also interested.

How about we aim for the March 31st Natchaug Epic?

(The HoH on March 24th is also awesome, but its on the same day than the first PP race)
@eloy I would be interested in both the HoH (did it last year and loved it) and the Natchaug, but I have indoor triathlons on both of those days.

I am not sure I can properly respond to this ;)  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@eloy I can possibly be persuaded to do the Natchaug ride. Maybe if you promise to show up with a few of those pretty meals you have been creating over the past two months.
@RobertPeras this was breakfast this morning, I can garantee the same for the ride!

also these muffins are amazing at 120 calories each to eat right before or during rides, can also provide
@eloy you had me at "breakfast". I noticed there is an "epic team" category. I think it would be really cool if we did that. We need four team members to participate in this category. Anyone else game?
@eloy i'm interested in Natchaug, let's talk
@Brian Miele and @eloy are you guys going to do this event?
That's my plan, only caveat is getting my old van dessel in good working order.
Responding to Mark's comments:
HOH , was awesome , day started out at 31 degrees , finished at 61 degrees, Great day , hence my excitement to do Farmers daughter ,only to see it sold out last night,
Don't think i can get away this weekend ,but want to do other events , i'm thinking D2R2 ?
Could definitely be interested to do D2R2. Hard to yet plan so far in advance, as typically I spent some time in Michigan around those dates.

Other than Prospect Park races, these are Gravel events that are in my radar and would love to do. The longer the drive, the more it depends on company.
Who else is interested?
Let's go ride bikes!
I did fools classic last year @David Gardiner was there and smashed the field , super hard ,super fun , would do again ,31 gravel sections and some super steep climbing
k Let's do it! I am also signing up to Marty's 70 mile option

I'll be doing the Farmer's Daughter this year. Will probably head out the day before and grab a room nearby so I don't have to drive super early in the morning.
btw @Mark Taylor the bikereg page currently suggests that they might reopen registration for Farmer's Daughter on Friday morning 8:00 AM

This is all sorts of awesome.

Boom seems to be a sweet guy, he commented on the success of Wout and MvDP, suggesting they should continue to race cross, which he regrets having drop.
