No rest betweenthem. So 9 efforts with 30sec rest between each.
507 am not raining in queens, fingedrs crossed, heading out in a few, see you at GAP
Good times lads. Dodged the rain too.
Celebrating with Ovaltine
Decided not to gamble on the morning rain so did my sprint efforts last night with Neil. See you Wednesday, gents....
Slightly sloppy, drippy and humid but otherwise great conditions out there for the Wednesday morning TT efforts.

Props to Joshua Caesar! He joined me @ GAP at 6 am after waking up at 4:45 and riding over in the drizzle from Queens.

My times were largely the same as they have been - steady as she goes. I'd like to shave 1:30 off my 1-lap time by the end of the summer. Ran into Dave V. and Joe M. on my way home....

See you Thursday for the group ride.
Props for making it out Dave. I heard the sound of rain and then rolled over, leaving the pain for this afternoon. It's been two weeks since life and the weather has conspired to make the morning rides next to impossible, and it's been killing me.
I woke up, heard the rain, and hit the trainer. Once again, 2x20's on the trainer sucks.

Tomorrow morning's weather is supposed to be excellent. Let's try and have a nice contingent out for some group riding.
I'll be out tomorrow morning on the old TT whip. 50 minutes at threshold, resting 1 minute out of every 5
I was up at 5 - heavy rain - back to bed.
I'll be out this afternoon.
What time? Maybe I'll ride down and check out the fancy new paint scheme.
4 - 4:15
If I play my cards right I might be there 3-4
I'll be at GAP @ 4:15. Prepare to be destroyed.
I'll be at GAP around 6:40 for 2x20,10 threshold efforts.
Park is starting to fill up fast. Beautiful weather. Also, lot of crud flying in the air; bring eye protection for sure
I won.
Owens won
Nice ride this morning. We tried a couple of leadout efforts. Still a long way to go until we're HTC quality, but we put together some good efforts, we'll be doing more of these on Thursdays going forward. Soon we'll be a well oiled machine, crushing souls and legs.
Huge crew out today. Great to see everyone; bleary eyed and all. I dropped out of the paceline to give the TT bike a little love but had to pull the ripcord about halfaway through; I'm too old to be drinking that much the night before and expect to useful for anything the next day. Good news is that 300 watts on the flats gets me about 26 mph. Bad news is it's like doing yoga, except without the hot chicks.. Not sure if I'll have enough time before Killington to really adapt. This is going to have to be the start of the TOC prep campaign.
Good to see everyone this morning. Sorry I dropped off the paceline without telling anyone. Bad form I know. See you at the BBQ.
Week 8 of morning workouts.

We have another week of morning workouts. A lighter week than last week. We have paceline practice tomorrow. Possibly put in some leadouts. I am hoping for good weather tomorrow morning. Pouring rain cancels.
Dan's got it right. Last week was the third hard week of 3 in a row. So this week is a lighter week.

have fun.
sounds good all - hopefully the weather won't be too stormy. i'll ride in a drizzle but if it's anything like today i'll be hitting snooze.

just to clarify - paceline tomorrow (got it). are we still on for TT's on Wednesday, then another paceline/group ride thursday?
Yes Mr. Stearns... You are CORRECT!
See you guys in the a.m.
Anyone going out in the morning? I was planning on doing some steady tempo for an hour or so.
I'll be out. GAP 6am. Let's get a group.
Ill be out
I'm going to try and make it out as well.
i'll be out. see you in the a.m...
