Hi! after all the praise on this board, I decide to give Osmo a try, with their recovery drink.

First try this morning, while it was good, and I am sure it worked, it is simply not for me. Back to Chocolate Milk and Ovaltine I go. 

In any case, my loss is your win. This will go free to whoever wants it. Other than that one scoop, basically new full tub.

Okay.  Newly revised list below.  For anyone in Brooklyn, I can leave your stuff with the door guy at the gate to my building.  438 12th Street, South Slope, between 7th and 8th Avenues. Door guy is on duty weekdays between 9Am and 10PM and on weekends between 12 noon and 7PM.

@Marc Bertucco - Are you coming out to Brooklyn any day in the near future at a reasonable hour (so i can leave the arm warmers downstairs for you)?  I want to save you the horror of seeing me ride naked.

@Thierry Bonnaire, @eloy , @Mark Taylor -Your stuff is with the door guy down at the gate in a plastic bag labeled with your name.  If you can get in the next few days that would be ideal as things tend to get lost of they;re down there too long. The address is:

@neilx I actually won't be in Brooklyn for some time. I'm not in a rush to get the arm warmers, but if you do want to clear house, then maybe someone who is going to be racing memorial day weekend crits can grab them? Otherwise, how about I message you the next time I'm going to be in Brooklyn?

OR if someone else is hankering for them, they can have 'em.

P.S. - You're not in downtown Manhattan on a regular basis, are you? (My

I'm selling my 2013 Cannondale Flash 29er f29 1. It was their top of the line aluminum hard tail 29er that year. I love it but I don't have a car to get out to the trails and it's not getting ridden. I need the room too after having stuff stolen from my basement. I no longer keep stuff down there so space in my apartment is at a premium

It's a medium and would be a good fit for folks anywhere from 5'7-8" to 5'11". I'm 6'0" but have short legs and it fit me.

It has brand new Conti Tubeless tires a 2.2" Race King on the back and a 2.4 X king on the front.
The rear derailleur is brand new too.

Comes w fork pump and a sparer derailleur hanger. No pedals

Ex-KCC William Doyle-Capitman is selling his SRM:

I can send photos later tonight but here are the details:
  • Dura Ace 7800 cranks set, 172.5, 130bcd, 53/39
    • Well used, lots of cosmetic scratches
    • Includes DA 7800 53 tooth ring that's pretty worn out but has some life left in.  39 is better.  I will include a new big ring.
    • Non-drive side once had a long bolt screwed in which partial punched out a little bit of aluminum on other side of threaded shaft.  Been this way since I got it in 2009 - nothing structural.
  • SRM Wireless power unit, completely replaced in Summer of 2012 with ~500 miles since.
  • Battery replaced in October 2014, used for less than a mile since
  • Power Control 7 wireless head unit + charger
  • Magnet for under bottom bracket
  • Speed sensor for fork + wheel

The whole package for $900 or just the crankset for $700

I will pay for shipping.

Anyone have an extra  cadence sensor kicking around that I can buy? I need to put one on my track bike now for some roller workouts. 

Also does anyone has a 49tooth track chain ring they want to sell me or trade for? I've got a brand new Shimano 105 cassette 12-25 kicking around.
