Super happy for Caruso. He always works for others and comes to the giro to do that but ends up on the podium (so long as no catastrophes tomorrow) and getting his first world tour win

I found myself wondering how things would have shaken out if Martinez stayed with EF.

Man, that a was fun Giro! That second to last day, right when you though Bora wouldn’t actually get around to attacking Carapaz, they do it, at the right moment, and it works. Amazing end to that stage!

Who's watching on Max/Discovery/TNT split screen? Interesting to get 4 camera feed angles.

The full stage yesterday was all sorts of amazing, obvs wish Bernal could have kept his gap, but the full day was so fun (other than bloody crashes, those are not fun at all)

Was an awesome stage, and very exciting to see Wout and del Toro duking it out on the final climb

Stoked for Wout- Dave and I were debating if he was past his prime, and I stood firm that he still had some W's in him.

I'm excited for tomorrow's stage, I think my EF boy Richie is going to pop off.  He is looking great imo and I don't think the commentators have been talking about him enough. Plus, George Steinhauser is an underrated domestique and I never hear anyone talk about him or his stage win last year.

I'm prefacing this with a cheap caveat: I don't follow pro-cycling closely enough to have a good opinion on anything - but IMO prime road racer Wout was in 2022 and I don't see him getting back to that form, hence, passed his prime.

Don't get me wrong, he will still win, but he will have to work a little extra for that top podium from now on.

Wout's 2022 rampage is unlikely to be repeated, but I don't see him vanishing from all the podiums like Allaphilippe.
