Bikes and planes; two of my favorite things... (although it takes some charity to call that glider a "plane")

I try. If anyone ever wants to join me in my aviation rabbit hole there is more than enough room lol

Yikes - WVA is out for the rest of the cross season. I'm assuming he'll be healthy in time for the classics campaign.

HATE
It sucks for many reasons, just when it was starting to look as if he would give MVdP some real competition.

OMG I HAS EXCITE!
(also I'm pretty sure that lap was faster than I could ever ride - while narrating - bonkers!)
Whoop CEO Will Ahmed interviews MVdP:

I wish Jeremy Powers would have done this interview, but whatever, there's something cool about someone that seems clueless about cycling asking some questions and getting into some basics.
Brutal stage , Jonas impressed so much in so many ways , Campernarts apparently cut the chamois out of the tights before the stage

@Mark Taylor

There was an interview with Jonas or his DS afterward where apparently the plan was to have a teammate help rip off the tights later in the stage.  Don't understand how that would have worked, unless it was about stopping and taking them off.
Seeing Ayuso go from visibly in pain on the bike lying on the ground was distressing.  I've been both hypothermic from bike riding and unable to get up off the ground, but never together.

At the same time, I couldn't help but feel the irony of "unbroken" being visible on his jacket.

and wonder if Vingegaard won the day (and possibly the race) by being the warmest rider in the bunch.

I read he had two jackets on , one on back to front :)

I didn't see him take them off.  that must have been impressive.
found some video of Vingegaard undressing.

Looks like it was possibly rain jacket, long sleeve jersey, second rain jacket, and then a base layer that had been cut along the spine.

Drillium at the Philly Bike Expo

I would become a campy guy so fast if they just made everything polished or silver anodized.
