I'm likely but gonna wait a little on reg to see if I anything else important pops up (out?) before the weekend...
I'll be there...hoping it goes better than last week...towards the end I just wanted to fall into an open sewer...

I am in for the Cat 4

I hope to finish this race in a manner different than flatting half way through the race, and having a long walk across the park back to the start/finish.

Another #widebody for the sprint leadout.
In for Cat 5 and my second road race.
Cat 4 roll call! Who else is sharing their "caboose" on the train or have aspirations to break away?

Also, anyone thinking of leading out rugby should read wrongway's post after the last L&C race detailing the "how to" of lead outs. He talks of having someone take charge of organizing the lead out. While I offer to take that role, it would help to have a few of us ready to take that role should we not all be together at that point.
I'm in. Still committed to final lead out, but as with last time I'll let Patrick or Rigby know during the race if I have no legs.
I'm on the fence since there are already 10 of us.
Pro leadout numbers! Gives you a good idea of the level of self flagilation necessary:

335 normalized for 4hrs 42  :P
And what can we learn from this? Have an FTP over 400w so my hard leadouts are merely VO2...
@Ragot. Of course the numbers aren't very helpful... I found it interesting that they were rotating at the front - 15 second huge efforts. Coming into the sprint the lengths of effort go much longer (until implosion). Also interesting the amount of "throttling" — variation of power during each effort to maintain position at the front. And then really just how your last two leadout peeps need to be big sprinters in their own right.
OK, I'm reg'd.

That's not a 100% guarantee that I'll be there, but it's pretty likely.
@malcomlson. Yes. What you said too. The numbers are less fantastical though when the FTP is that high.
I'm in
@Wes If Saturday is anything like the last two races,  the actual number of racers lining up in Kissena kits will be smaller than the number of Kissena members registered. We have not run the risk or dominating or overpowering the field. Having said that, feel free to opt in or out.
I'm also in with the 4s though KCC isn't showing for me cause Charlie added me to the registration list.

I'm currently sick, have a bad back and way behind on my training so the likelihood of my contributing at the end is slim. If I manage to make it to the end I'll gladly contribute though I should be one of the first in the train.
I'm registered
I would like to do this, but am dealing with a pinched nerve in my left arm. I'll race if I regain enough sensation/strength in my hand.
Pat, I'm in and will pitch in for the last KOM. I've seen a lot of successful breakaways happen here. Hopefully I'll be in the front at the end to contribute to the lead out as well.

I'm in also.

I registered for my first race in two years , i Will be at the back , for how long i don't know
I'm in, but I haven't been having good luck with Prospect Park races lately...
