I haven't looked a the form, which may be the source of your confusion.
But in principle you don't have to commit for next year to come to the party and vote. This party is for 2013 members (although it is a convenient time to renew your membership for next year).
And if you paid your Kissena dues after 9/1/2013, then you are a member through the end of 2014. No need to pay again.

"end of year" is our way of having a Christmas party without calling it a Christmas party.

The payment is for booze and delicious food. Totally optional but worth it.

The form doesn't work for me. Even though the # of people attending defaults to 1. It doesn't recognise the value and says "this field is required please enter a value"
