Toto did the CoreStates races here in the US at least once.  I covered the Delaware race for VeloNews.  There were a bunch of Euros who had Dremel'd out their helmets to make them lighter and more ventilated.  His appeared to be the most "sculpted" of all.  I was amazed that the helmet still held its shape.  Maybe it's because he was using HGH and his head grew.

So many weird memories and SO.MUCH.DRAMA... surfer Cunego winning the Giro as other favorites decided to watch Simoni, Simoni calling Basso "Extraterrestrial" and then the Italian press trying to get them to talk to each other, the weird aunt candy cocaine dopping fail, the "Legalize Cannondale" campaign which glued little weights to the Six13 frames, etc, etc,

The QUEST follows Simoni and team Saeco during the 2003 Giro -- at 1:45 it is a full length film with guest stars Petacchi, Cipollini, Pantani, etc... Bet you would love the movie, because, well, Italian riding does not mess around.

not new (and not the best picture), but just got my bike back from Redbeard after 2 weeks. Got a new shift lever to replace the crashed out one, new front tire, put some new bright red supercaz bar tape on and I'm giddy like it's new bike day all over again

It took me a few  years of waiting on eBay for this DVD to finally pop up.  

at least the DVD should tons better quality than this particularly bad youtube copy

Curious what drove you to purchase 
was the Crux not feeling right for "all road"

I wanted something I could put panniers and fenders on full time as I'm getting ready for a (planned) late Sep return to the office (which is also potentially moving further away from home) and I wanted to get away from the sweat inducing backpack. Hoping to pretty much ditch the subway for the next X months so made sense to get something which could be a bit more versatile when it comes to hauling stuff around.

It’s a really beautiful bike , but in my 30+ years of commuting by bike , it’s super handy to be able to lock it up outside a store etc 
I would not chance leaving that beauty outside no matter how big your lock is

Not exactly new, but not old either. 

Summer upgrades for those new bike feels:

FFWD F3/DT Swiss 240 wheel set and 28mm veloflex corsa evo gum wall clincher tires (review: wow.), Thomson seat post and stem.

New (used) bike day. Even though I've had for a week now. 

Cannondale supersix evo. Everything on this bad boy is carbon and tips the scales at about 7kgs. Threw on my old carbon hoops. This bike makes climbing these long hills a little easier. 

That stem is intense

That saddle angle is made for climbing!

@Jules aero is everything. This set up is less aggressive than my previous allez sprint

I've been riding my cross bike almost exclusively and many times on single track. While that has been a blast, I figured it was time to pull the trigger on a modern mtb. I haven't ridden one since the 35lbs hardtail I got used in 2016 and boy does this thing feel like a rocket in comparison. The SX drivetrain is a little chunky/clunky so I may look to swap that out at some point but otherwise the bike has been perfect. I've only got a few rides in on the Scale but it's been as much fun as I hoped it would be! Here's a dusty Cunningham pic:

New Bike Day!!! Finally pulled the trigger on getting a cross bike. Only got to ride for about 45 minutes before I ran out if light, but am really happy with it/regretting not getting one sooner. 

@Matt Budofsky I think I saw this whip on the Redbeard instagram, holy moly is that paint job ever the fuckin hotness.
