What do you have @eloy? I could use some trainer threads.

@eloy I'd rather like some arm warmer if you have any?
There is pretty much everything in the bags, all used, no caps, but everything else: skinsuits (ls,ss,summer, winter), jackets, tights, bib shorts, ss jerseys, ls jerseys, arm warmers, glasses, etc, etc,

but please, there is no pick and choose. if you want, please take them all or please suggest an easy place to donate them.

thanks.

Which comes from the Dutch "Prince's Flag" or oranje-blanje-bleu

I've always liked that about Kissena, even before I joined.
As the TMBG song goes,"Even old New York was once New Amsterdam".

why they changed I can't say
people just liked it better that way
Interesting, so thats where the team colors come from.
If you grew up in NYC there is a good chance that one or several of the schools you attended had blue and orange as their official colors.

See also: NY Knicks, The Mets, and The Islanders.
This comment has absolutely no purpose, except to state that the best orange and blue sports team combination, and hero is:

isn't he selling Toyotas in Denver these days?
Who isn't selling Toyotas in Denver these days?
If only they went with the kit.

If anybody has a medium skinsuit (and/or maybe even an aero helmet) they'd let me borrow over Labor Day weekend for the Green Mountain Stage Race, I'd happily wear them. If not, I'm equally happy to "Mercx" it. I've already started growing out my sideburns...

Max,
If you're willing to try a small, I might be able to hook you up.
If it's not too much to ask, @mugwump, could you bring it to Castelli on Saturday, so I can try it on? My guess is that size small will be fine around the chest and midriff, maybe even optimal, but a real squeeze everywhere else.

Can Do.
Big thanks to @Phil Maronilla and @mugwump for the long- and short-sleeved skinsuits, respectively. Though the former is a size medium and latter a small, both fit. I'm not sure how that happens, but I'm not complaining.

Does anybody have any other speedy gear they'd be willing to let me borrow over Labor Day weekend so that I can maybe go a little bit faster than I otherwise would in the TT and crit at GMSR? Aero helmet? (My POC Octal is a size medium.) Gloves and shoe covers? (Large and 43.5.) I'm not frantic about them but since obtaining skinsuits turned out to be pretty easy, I thought I may as well ask.
mornings w (OG) Chuck...

The only thing missing are gumwalls and toeclips.  Dat frame...
The king of cadence
I see this guy all the time, and always notice him. How could you not? I've never seen him in the old-school Kissena jersey. So, he was in the club?
Eloy,

Love the photos of Chuck, I remember seeing him in that jersey once many years ago.

I also love the fact that as usual in PP you can also see so much bad behavior from the photos, like the guy riding the wrong way down the hill in the ped lane, and the driver hugging the white line next to the bike lane.

Yes, Chuck is stupid strong. Best cadence in NYC. He rode for Kissena decades ago, and about 10 years ago for Wonder Wheels. PP regular, super sweet cool guy.

Oh, he was super proud he still fits in the jersey.

Can't say that's been my experience.
Seeking opinions on the ChampSys Cyclocross Skinsuit. Do share!
That's the thermal one, no?

My feeling is that you get so hot in CX that you don't need it unless you're racing regularly from late December into March.

I use the summer skin suit for cx down to 60 degrees or less.  the standard short sleeve skin suit with a thin base layer down to 50.  I do the standard short sleeve with a thermal long sleeve base layer down to about 40.  And then for the 30's, it's probably two or three thin layers under the skin suit. Into the 20s, and then the thermal skin suit starts to look attractive.
