I posted the WRONG DATES for the talk.  I first posted Sunday, Monday, Wednesday.  I should have posted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.  Brain fart or old age or both.

Thank you @mugwump for putting this all together. Thank you @Mark Taylor for hosting. We had a very informative meeting, with handouts, charts and tables... JP is all about the science of body and cycling and he gave us a glimpse of some of his practices. Thank you for sharing JP. you gave us a lot to think about both at the macro and the micro levels.
