A reminder, this Saturday, June 1st 8:00 AM -- we'll ride from Ride Brooklyn in Park Slope to the 9W Market and back.

If you wanna join us in the GWB, you can expect us to reach the GWB between 9:00 & 9:10am.

Anyone is welcomed as long as they are comfortable riding 60 miles.

We'll follow a fun easy basic route, taking low road (aka Piermont Road) to the Market and coming back via 9W.

Lennart also has the new KCC KOM on Strava for Bradley Tweed. FYI the previous record was held by Brendan Rigby - former cat4 series yellow jersey winner in 2014. He was FAST.

I had a great time at the shop ride! Had fun and felt strong. It was cool to see so many Kissena jerseys together at one time and to have so many interested members turn out. Do we want to get July and August editions on the books (Strava)?

I have a family brunch on Sunday so I’m gonna try and get my long ride in on Saturday morning, solo if necessary. I’m planning on BB at 8, GWB at 9, then river road to market and back on 9W. Anyone is welcome to join me or if theres a larger group club thing I’ll jump in with you.

Most of will be racing in Prospect Park Saturday. Come race and then head out for your ride.

Was the perfect day for a long day in the saddle, temperature wise. And I guess my new goal is to find that one minute and four seconds that I need to beat Connor somewhere the next time I do this ride

Anybody coming out to play this weekend?

I’m looking at Sunday morning, although weather projections are a bit questionable 

I’d like to get out tomorrow.

I am planning to do a short spin (<2hrs of zone 1/2 for PP laps) tomorrow morning early. Managed to get stomach flu on the last night of my vacation (Tuesday) and recovery has had to contend with international travel and jet lag. Pending how tomorrow feels I'll be tentative for Sunday. Don't think I'll be ready for a full send though. 

I’ll be out riding tomorrow. Will either be at BB at 8 or GWB at 9. Will post which in the AM

Lennart, I might join you on Sunday. Rain is fine, but Pride Parade starts at 11a so the city will be busier than normal and there will definitely be street closures at least in Manhattan.
