Prospect Park Weekday Morning Training

I'll be out tomorrow morning, 6am GAP.
BvS, I'm going to call you the juggernaut. You're unstoppable, sir.  Set up my alarm and my kit last night...and slept right through it.

Penalty: Sitting on the godawful trainer tonight.
Cold laps today in the pitch.  I posted last night to see if I could inspire.  But David, guilt can lead to the same actions, so almost as good!  You were missed this morning.

I did see Eric riding the Prospect Peloton train.

I saw you go by me this am bruce - was keeping it very very slow... next time.
oh my oh my, it's been a month since I've been on the bike (2 weeks due to vacation, 2 weeks due to outright laziness). Swear I've gained 10 lbs. in that amount of time. Ugh.
Going to do everything I can to make it out tomorrow morning, but I have a feeling it's going to be rough. Would gladly welcome the company.

Monday is a rest day for me, but I'll try to be out this week Tueesday/Wed/Thursday
I'll be out Tues-Fri.  Might try to make it tomorrow morning, but don't wait up.
Wasn't near as bad this morning as I feared. Low 40's, no wind. Good to get the cobwebs out of the legs. See you guys tomorrow morning.
6am. GAP.  Looks like not much wind for tomorrow morning.  See you there.
I have an early work call: will be riding (I hope) a bit later
A good ride this morning with Josh and David.  Nice to see you guys.
David got out of bed???
I can't keep buying people pie!
I crawled out for a chilly hour after my phone fun.  It was damp and my legs are filled with suck.
I'll be out there again tomorrow morn.
See you there.
I'll be there too if it isn't raining.

Last minute meeting popped up for me tomorrow morning so I'm out. Gonna try to make up for it on Friday morning.
Oof sorry Bruce, gonna bail this morn.
It's been a week of sniffles and morning meetings for me, but I'll be out tomorrow morning for about 90 minutes of tempo.
Wet and Warm ride this morning.
Fenders and Teammates.
With McKay, Eric and Tim.

Plenty of weeks left during this winter for morning base miles.
Got out a bit later this morning for some misty laps around the park. A warm, damp ride that made me homesick for Portland. Not shockingly, there weren't too many blinky lights out (and I saw nay a Kissena). A few more lights going through the clouds over the Manhattan Bridge on the commute to work; fog makes this city look like another.

@Gwynna that part of the park is referred to as "Horseshit Alley."  Just wait till you race there in the rain.  Yum.
@Gwynna, my first race ever was in CP on a misty morning after a night of heavy rain. The women's field was neutralized in Horseshit Alley. My face looked like @Garrigan's on the Supercross t-shirts. That's not mud in your eye.
Temp expected to be 22 tomorrow morning. Anyone want to make it out for the last day of 2013?!! Come on! GAP at 6am
I'll see you there!
It was a cold one this morning. Only saw one other rider in the park the whole time I was there. Plenty of runners though, and wearing shorts at that. Something wrong with that group I tell you.
@Jessica, I hope we weren't somehow on the opposite side of the park the whole time.
See everybody next year.
@Josh, made a last minute decision to ride later in the morning. Still cold
out there! Looking forward to some hot chocolate and dethawing my feet.
Happy New Year folks.

Anybody up for some early morning laps? Should be in the mid 30's and dry.
