I need to buy a used track crankset, no chainring necessary (got that already). Anyone got anything in color black that they'd part with soon? Looking for something affordable but good, like a used SRAM Omnium, preferably with 172.5 or shorter arms. Email me or text me: david.vibert@gmail.com / 631-974-2891.

My recommendation is to match the size of your road crankset.  It makes switching back and forth easier.  And, as it's winter, you probably don't need it right away.
@DavidVibert

I've got a SRAM S3000.  Just emailed you.
Looking for some pedals for the beater bike. Anything like and old Shimano SPD (I have Time on there now), just not a chunker platform pedal.
Clipless? Does cleat type matter?
Clipless anything thanks Patrick. It's a bit strange I guess, given I'll ride with regular shoes... I'd even throw Speed Plays on if theft wasn't a concern.
Hi everyone, looking to sell my aluminum trek emonda alr 5 2016, 54cm. team edition paint.  with 105, stages powermeter and HED wheelset. $1300 for the whole bike or $600 for the frameset. negotiable. a few small scratches on the head tube and slightly worn out chain. otherwise very nice bike. lmk if anyone's interested. thanks.

Anyone got some used rollers they’d let go for free or cheap?
NYC racers with rollers to unload...

BUMP

Phil Maronilla's sister is still trying to sell his 2018 Specialized Chisel mountain bike. See the forum post for photos and details and how to get in touch with her. This is a great heartily if you are in market. Share with anyone you know who might be in market for a bike with knobby tires.

You still looking for rollers?

@JohnMalcolmson

John,
If you are still looking, I have a pair of shimano dual sided pedals and a pair of XTR pedals I can part with.   Both two bolt SPD.
^ Thanks for the offer Sam. I'm all set for now.
I’ve got a bunch of spare parts that I want to get out of my basement. Prices are pulled out of my ass but designed to be cheap so feel free to make a higher or lower offer and if you’re light on cash RN or it’s going to a child i can most likely let some of this stuff go for free. -in exchange for-
you buying me 2 brand new Continental GP5000 700Cx25 TAN sidewalls clincher tires

I was planning on putting these on my bike in the spring but I just scooped up a TI frame that I think will look good with some tan sidewalls.

Hate to break it to you.  Every bike looks better with tan sidewalls.

I scored a raw titanium LeMond frame and will be swapping over all the components from my aluminum LeMond. The raw TI will look great with tan sidewalls.
Anyone need a non driveside ultegra r-8000 crank arm? 170mm.. I am sure there are a lot of these floating around out there, but thought i would ask.
I also have a bunch of random older parts. Some quill stems and handlebars, a couple of saddles. let me know.
@ColinStief, and everyone, really... As many of you know I run a bike club with high school students that teaches them safe riding skills, bike mechanics and does bike advocacy work. We can always use gently worn or new parts as well as entire bikes. A popular part of the program is the "earn-a-bike", whereby the students can re-furbish a donated bike and earn it for their personal use.
that is great @Joe Matunis I am happy to donate anything i can, What is the best way to drop off?
@Joe Matunis That's awesome!  I'm in the process of clearing out my closest of bike parts and would love more deals on donating!
@ColinStief and @GregHoge I'm at El Puente, 211 S. 4th St., in Williamsburg Brooklyn, (where the bike club is located), from 9-6:00 on Tuesdays. I live nearby so I could meet you there at your convenience if you ever want to drop things off.
FWIW, the spring Brooklyn Bike Jumble is Saturday, May 7, 2020.

Same day as Bear Mountain

http://www.nybikejumble.com/

"New York Bike Jumble is New York City's only bicycle flea market. Vendors come from all over the east coast to sell new and used bikes, new and used bicycle accessories, and anything else bicycle-related. Used bikes run the gamut from $50 'beater' bikes to pricey historic collectible bikes. Attendees also have the rare opportunity to test ride bikes before buying! There are always overstocks, closeouts and once-in-a-lifetime deals on bicycles at the Jumble. It's internet prices without internet shadiness! "

Hey folks, I'm looking to do a bearing service on a wheelset, and thought I could use my nice Wheels Mfg bottom bracket press, but turns out I need a smaller 3/8" dia press for hub bearings. Does anyone happen to have a loaner? FWIW I'm pressing 6902 bearings (15 ID / 28 OD)

@niallsmart

I've got the Boca Bearings installer.  Not as nice as WheelsMFG's, but it has worked for me.  Yes, you can borrow.

it looks like this:

I recently swapped my groupset off my aluminum LeMond frame onto a titanium frame. Need to move the aluminum frame out of my storage unit.

57cm
Aluminum frame
Carbon fork
Seatpost (really short aluminum seatpost, not original to bike)
Seatpost clamp
Cable routing piece on bottom bracket
I can include a braze on front derailleur adaptor clamp if needed
Recently serviced headset bearings

$100 takes it
