Does anybody have a travel case they could loan me for the weekend of 10/19-10/20 when I fly to Chicago?
Cross bike rentals simply don't exist in Chicago and I'd like to do a cross race or two on that Saturday.

i do. have a pika bag&added wheels for easy travel,
when i fly JetBlue i can typically fly it as a 1st checked bag...
but be prepared to pay the standard $50 each way.

I'll be flying Southwest. Ive heard they've pretty keen radar when it comes it comes to being able to recognize a bike in a travel case. They hit you up for $50 each way too.

Am looking to get rid of several items of non-Kissena cycling kit. The best item is probably a Katyusha jersey (size L, small fit as it's Santini) I was bought last year but have never worn as it's too small (plus I have a sense of shame). There's also a skinsuit, a s/s jersey, a l/s jersey, an l/s under shirt, a gilet and some shorts, mostly from my old Irish team Cycling Pursuits. In good condition. Free to a good home. Failing that, anyone know of a place / org you can donate cycling clothing to?!

I do. I'll have to go through my gear to see what they are. I'm pretty sure I have some never-laced fairly light tubular rims as well as some beat up rims. Most of the hubs I have I think I want to keep.
