Awesome job guys! Cant wait to read your race reports.
FWIW, Ryan weighs 141lbs. (I know because after he spanked me up to the top of Clausland Mtn recently, I asked in efforts to heal my wounds.)David Yang said:Looks like Jill put in a proper time, just a few measly seconds out of top 10. Great job!
Love that Ryan can keep up with Konrad. If Ryan can be competitive with a baby at home, it gives me hope...
sit ups, v-sits, etc. Core work, see if that fixes things too.Jill Sink said:It was a blast! I haven't had a full fit, but Ilya has been doing some adjustments to my bike. I think the problem is that during really intense efforts I end up moving my upper body a lot.
Planks not sit ups. 1982 phys-ed is faxing you the update now...Marc Bertucco said:sit ups, v-sits, etc. Core work, see if that fixes things too.Jill Sink said:It was a blast! I also recommend hamstrings and hip flexor stretches before and after each ride. I neglected these preventing measures for lower back pain and now I have been paying for it during the past year and it has been not fun. Finally, I have been working with a great PT at HSS in the last month so we'll see.
