thanks for the endorsement.it is true. I don't know how to have done more without impacting the family too much.
though, today is a well deserved rest Tuesday! Last time I had one of these was in November! Maybe Christmas was Tuesday too, so we'll call that a rest day then. 6 months of Tuesdays without fail on the bike. Outside every Tuesday since the beginning of March, except for one day. Its been a long haul, but I am in the best shape I've been this go around in terms of fitness as compared to my 10 year younger self.

Thanks! I was in kit, and looked for other Kissena folks but didn't see anyone. This was my first time riding in Central Park on a non-weekend afternoon and I found the course quite pleasing. I'll post before heading out next time.Phillip Maronilla said:@Patrick - were you wearing a kit? Alyosha, John M. and myself were there in CP tonight. I was there from 6:30 on but bugged out around 8:15 but the others were still doing intervals after.I did 5 laps today and I averaged 18.18mph per lap so I'd say, your times were pretty good.
At first, I thought you were using hexadecimal notation, which would have meant something very different from the indeterminate outcome of your multiplication.Brendan Rigby said:i'll be out doing 0xinfinity intervals, also known as recovery, at ~5:15.
