Did 1 hour of tempo with Ryan. Nice and wet. Legs very sore from the weekend but felt great to get rolling.

It was really fun. Nobody in the park. Warm enough that the rain just felt refreshing. Started out with Vlad, a friend from Speedwell, saw Ragot briefly but we broke up, as he said. Tapped out the hour @ tempo with Mike. 1 HR, 242w.

Did a bunch of ten second cross-esque efforts, enjoyed the view of the water coming off my front wheel and "bending" backward in the column of knog-light... looks like I'm going to have to be travelling for the first half of next week so my goal is to smash my legs hard enough between now & sunday that I'm ready to race next weekend.

Since racing at Quabbin this year, Norm doesn't even bother to check the weather reports. I'm sure he has a hard time understanding why there is such thing as a "winter clothing order". I don't know about "Tango", but definitely "Caveman".

I went out early from 3:45-5:45. Saw Nosson tearing it up right before I left. I didn't have a chance to say hello - just as I clicked out of my tempo hour gear and sat up, Vlad from Speedwell passed us and Nosson immediately launched a full-on chase! Have fun all.
