You know it: Wear your best kissena colors and come looking sharp.

Check here in case rains cancels. But it wont.

everyone looking sharp this morning!

Tomorrow 6am in PP at GAP. Going to do the intervals per Training Peaks. LMK otherswise won't stop.
Tonight, 2 hr tempo. Ride.
15 min Z1/2 warm up
60 min Z3 tempo
30 min Z2 endurance
15 min Z1 cool down
Aiming to be at GAP by 6pm. LMK

Tonight, I cannot make FBF race start bc it is at 6pm.
But since tonight's ride consists of Max VO2 intervals, I was thinking I would ride out to Floyds as a warm up and do the interval sets there.
4 sets at 5 min a piece. 5 min rest in between sets. that's 40 min at Floyds doing uninterrupted intervals on flat road.
45 min to get there from Prospect, 45 min home. About 2 hours and 15 min total riding time. Leave from GAP at 6:30pm.
It's been getting pretty crowded in the park at night.
Anyone interested?
Tomorrow. Friday. Look sharp. 6:30 am. GAP.

We'll ride about 90ish minutes and chat about puppies -- because, frankly the tour is only interesting once it starts, maybe.

Come looking sharp and wearing your best kissena colors. Your sponsors have threaten to show up, there will be photos.

Look forward to seeing you.
Another week, another Friday!!

Tomorrow. Look sharp. 6:30 am @ GAP

We'll ride 90ish minutes, we'll discuss Sagan/Cav elbows, Aru's nose, how the Giro Rosa is more interesting than the Tour, and most definitely prepare some openers to keep Jeffrey green!

Come wearing your best kissena colors, and looking super sharp.

Check here in case rain cancels, but it won't. It'll be the hotness.

thanks Jim and Christina! today was fun.

Planning to get to the park by 6:30 to do a 2 hour tempo ride.
15 min warm up, followed by 30 min in Z3, then Z2, with maybe a few pick ups.
Greg, Sylvan Esso plays a concert tonight in the bandshell. They are not the most popular band in the world, altho they are good, but might still get in that way. Good luck.

Skills Week continues tomorrow night at Prospect Park!

Monday, Aug. 21 at 6:30 p.m.
Grand Army Plaza

We'll be covering completely different skills from last session. Don't miss out on this chance to save your collarbones!
Will we be covering bunny hopping over the hoods of cars? Would have come in handy yesterday on my way to Floyd when i got bumped by a Sunday driver that randomly decided to blindly pull out of a parking spot. Got knocked off my bike into oncoming traffic, but luckily both body and bike (for the most part) are doing just fine.

Wont be able to make it this evening on the count of my bike being worked on...but I like to think i did the right thing by rolling onto my side and not sticking my hand out to brace my fall. Collarbones have never been better!

On a side note, Garmin incident alert worked flawlessly, even let out a loud, repeating siren that i was really confused about at first bc i've never crashed, let alone get hit my a car.
Ugh sorry that happened, but glad you're ok.
