I’m holding out until  tomorrow on reserving a house. Twelve is the magic number. If we are above this number we need bigger house. But a bigger house would mean more expense if our numbers are below 12... which is why we are setting a deadline in April for a trip in May.

I really wanna go. But I'll be out of the country until May 17, the only way I put it together for this if is someone is driving late late Friday or early Saturday.

I will most definitely need a ride that Friday the 18th (I live on the Upper East Side of Manhattan). Landing from a business trip around 3 PM.  Would be willing to ride over to 9W in Jersey for a pick up because driving through Manhattan at peak hour on a Friday is torture...Please let me know!

We have reserved this house for the weekend of May 18-20. We currently have 9 sign ups with room for up to 4 more. 

Most everyone voted for shared meals. Post on the forum if you have any creative ideas or any dietary restrictions.

Perhaps one of the people driving up is willing to go after rush hour Friday and give Erik and Eloy a ride?

Does the house have a BBQ?? If so, the possibilities are endless. Grilled meats, corn, veggies, protein powder burgers, etc. 

Maybe if we started a Google doc for groceries?? 

Yes it has a BBQ grill, but we have to bring our own propane. I have a tank I can bring up unless we buy/rent one in the Catskills. 

Maybe the foodies in the group want to work together to plan a few menu options for the group to agree on?

I'll be driving up late-ish on Friday. Leaving Brooklyn at about 7:30 or 8:00.

I could use a ride and can leave any time on Friday (I'm in Park Slope).

There are multiple people offering rides so everyone should be covered. (See post above with list of names).

I suggest that those of you needing a ride speak to the people with cars to make arrangements.

I don’t live in the city, but should be able to pick up a few people if other arrangements haven’t been made yet. Note that I am likely to leave before rush hour.

I will need a lift.  I live on the UWS.  Unfortunately I will not be ready to head out until 7PM or so or Friday.  Please let me know if that aligns with anyone's plans.  Looking forward to it!

Hi All,

I can drive from Park Slope with one other-(I don't have a rack) or if you end up going Friday, I might hop in with you @niallsmart in Manhattan.

Do you have GPS routes or maps for the house location and the rides?  It would be good if us gruppetto guys can meet back up at specific stops so people don't have to wait for ten min at the top of climbs.
