Guys - this is really important. Especially if we want to leave the competition behind. Therefore, I think we need to watch this video, and then institute a similar program within the team:

Not sure why we don't love this guy as much as TVG or Dombrowski but I've been excited about him since the vuelta last year...

that is one ugly bike
just want to toss this one out there because I came across it from awhile back. That was the hardest I've ever worked for Chardonnay EVER.
Al got cropped out of that pic...he rides for Mengoni now...Mattio lives in Minnesota, Nate moved to Switzerland and Dan is writing for Bicycling magazine while recovering from a botched broken leg procedure.  Dan has since gotten married and had his name legally changed to Lt. Dan.  I have since grown my hair and left my Ti frame for a newer, prettier and skinnier mistress.  There was no way in hell we should have won that jersey that year.  The last race was double points and I was tied with Lance Sniadowski who was the cat to my three-legged mouse in the past few sprints.  But then a rainbow appeared in the form of Al Borough who was up the road with another dude on a sprint lap.  I bridged to him on the hill and we stayed away for the sprint points thus securing the jersey by shutting Lance out...There was no pot-o-gold but a hearty case of wine that was shared amongst the men....the luckiest day I've ever had on a bike.

In honor of Milan-San Remo this Sunday, a video of one of Kelly's splendid victories. Can't beat that sigh by the crowd toward the end, when they realize the inevitable.

@mark. Steephill.tv
PROCYCLINGLIVE

@Mark

The issue with steephill and other sites that stream content against copyright regs is that they get shut down during the live feed. Of course another pops up quickly, but it is annoying.

You can always subscribe to a european VPN, which then allows you to be a genuine Eurosport consumer via their player. It works great in regular and HD versions. The added benefit is that you can also watch the BBC iplayer and ITV equivalent (in fact anything that requires a European IP address)

good point, ian.  in fact i have a uk vpn account already so can use that. thanks!
