Three Cheers for Chez Stearnsy!  Yum... burp.  Gotta sleep now.
I second that.  Thanks Dave!
Great time in between Food Coop misery. Thank you Dave!
Yes, thanks, Dave!  Great hospitality, thanks for opening your doors.  Good to see you guys there, and I missed the rain when I got back on my bike.
Dave! Thank you so much for such generous hosting, cooking, and enabling of ample beer consumption. 'Twas a fun night. Great spending time with the team sans helmets.
Thanks Dave
Ok, Dan's sad post on his busted foot has me thinking (and pining) for the climbing gym.  I know more than a few of you know a figure 8 from a poke in the eye so who is interested?

I'm thinking the week of August 12th or 19th... post Tokeneke
Anyone interested in getting a Labor Day beer on Monday? I'm thinking Commonwealth.
I'm in for that @Patrick.
Cool. I'll probably swing over mid-afternoon, say around 3:00...everyone welcome! Commonwealth is 5 Av and 12 St, in Park Slope, I think many of you know it well. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
@ptarick, I sent you an email.
fellas,

so i never did get to arranging leaving drinks: the last couple of weeks in nyc were something of a whirlwind of packing and moving.

anyway, i'm in amsterdam now and so would simply request, in the absence of group drinks, that when you next take a sip of beer, think of me.  think of me in lycra, my white skinny legs shining in the fading floyd sun.

seriously though, it's been a blast being part of the club.  i feel lucky to have met so many great people and to have been on countless two-wheeled adventures with you all. kissena rocks on a number of levels, but it's the people that make it the number one club in nyc THE WORLD.

all being well we'll be back next year for more of the same.  in the meantime i am attempting to persuade karlee, at every opportunity, that we must watch as much bike racing as possible.   first stop, the world championships in florence at the end of the month.  i mean come on: what lady wouldn't want to go to florence!?

p.s. watching the vuelta live on eurosport, without the dodgy steephill.tv feed, is pretty great.

If you're in the US, you can pay for Tunnelbear, and then switch it to the UK, you can pay for a monthly Eurosport feed. The ads won't come up.
Who wants to go out for a few drinks/grub on Saturday afternoon after club champs?  This would also be to to celebrate Kieran's track championship status as well.

If too short a notice, how about the weekend after that on 9/28-29?
9/28-9/29 is a big cross weekend with Gloucester, Town Hall and Westwood Velo happening
Much better to do it the day/evening of KCC.  If we wait much longer we'll be thinly attended due to CX and miss our State Champion farewell feast.

How about Bierkraft in the afternoon, or The Gate which as a nice patio?
Jules, I'm good with afternoon as well, but Aaron and Andy are working.  Unfortunately Kieran is busy this Sat evening.  Maybe a sep gathering during the week for the trackies?
@Yang you make an excellent point...
So post-KCC celebration gathering this Saturday and a night during next week where trackies (and other Kissenas of course) can celebrate the state champs win?

(So long as someone takes a picture of Aaron carrying Kieran on his shoulders)
Two celebrations for the price of one - now that sounds like good value :) !

What time and where this Saturday afternoon?

What day next week for the second? I'm currently free all week so @Aaron @Andy @everyone else, whatever suits you best!
Later on Saturday, the better for me. THough I live around the corner, so I can usually run on over.
Cool, beirkraft or the gate on Saturday afternoon works for me.  Time is flexible, just need to know in advance.

I should be pretty good for any night next week.  Trackies - remember to wear your medals...ALL of them.
I love Bierkraft.
Cool, so Bierkraft on Sat? Say 3pm? Am flexible too.
Bierkraft 3pm; wear your HEAVY METAL

ermagerd!  berkerft!

can't wait to bask in the glowing warmth of y'all's warming glow.

@michael: if everyone's bringing their medals, maybe you should bring Trophy!
Fun times at Bierkraft on Sat!

This week, how about Wed pm for some track centric celebrations? Somewhere in the same neck of the woods for BBQ and beers (@eragot seemed to have some good ideas)?
Fort Reno. Union and 4th ave.
I can swing wed night.
