A new member ride has been scheduled for April 14th, following Sunday's race. Prospective new members were told to meet at the start area and to look for riders in Kissena kit. I'm sorry I won't be able to be there. Thanks to everyone who offered to ride laps and welcome prospective new members.

I've scheduled a Meet Kissena/new member ride for next Saturday, May 18th. This one will be a ride over the GWB to The Market on 9W. We'll meet prospective new members at the Brooklyn entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge at 8:00 AM. Unfortunately I'm going to be in TX for a wedding, but I hope we can get a good turnout for this ride.

There will be a Meet Kissena ride this Saturday, July 13th, at 7:30. Laps in Prospect Park following the Lucarelli and Castaldi race. Whether you're racing or not, come by and greet potential new members for some Park laps and coffee.

We had 2 strong candidates for membership, Guy and Eric, ride with us on Saturday in PP. I invited them to do a ride with us to Piermont on Saturday, July 27th. Meeting at Brooklyn Bridge at 8:00. Please join us there, or at the Jersey side of the GWB at 9:00.

Yes! Chill ride to Piermont. Eric has done some Cat 5 racing and is interested in having a team to grow and train with. Guy has no racing experience, but is fit and eager to learn.

Did this happen?  I waited until 9:12 on my watch at the GWB.  Nobody was there, so I rolled.
