That is the guy! *HUGE* Props to Jeff White who answered an "Urgent: Team Mission" text and rode his CX bike up to my place to grab the "good" camera, and caps for Francesco and his son Carlo

Now we are putting the heat on Papa Moser to show up for Saturday's Race. I think he's 50/50 right now.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to close the deal, let me know.

I gotta say, I'm not a fan of the super-teams...I liked it better when the 3 biggest names were on 3 different teams. But dude's gotta pay his bills I guess.

in cross, it really doesn't matter - they are all killing each other out there, few examples of teamwork (although you can bet driscoll will still be the sacrificial lamb)

My guess is that Trebon is terrible at flacking for himself and he needed more of a media presence to actually have his own team. Both Powers and Johnson have media presences that are popular. Trebon, if whining is your thing, then I guess he's your guy.

hanging out at my folks place, my father telling various tales to my fiance, and it came out that a few weeks back, he drove up on a local Kissena and yelled out the window "hey, I am Joshua's dad"

Father is driving down the street near his house, and see a cyclist nearby in kit. He thinks "is that a Kissena?", and gets closer. Sees that it is, and rolls the window down to say hello.

Charlie L, not missing a beat, says "hi, Mr Caesar, how nice to meet you". Made my old mans day.

Not every crazy motorist yelling at you is evil - it could be my dad!
