Let's assume that his 20-minute power is 440 watts. Assume he weighs 72 kg (158.4lbs). That puts his w/kg at 6.11. According to the power profile chart Andy Coggan set up, that puts him a little below the middle of the "world class" bracket.

Allen Lim claimed back that that Ricco did 6.7 w/kg for 12 minutes over the Aspin, and said of the effort, "you're smoking crack or you're some sort of man-greyhound hybrid."
