It was there when we got there
Tonight was the hardest night yet for me by the numbers. Over 130 bike score.

We had Brian Breach (Mengoni?) riding with us last night. Impressive to see him in action—wIth winter weight, cruising at 300W for an hour and not giving a toss about drafting. Ryan was crushing the hills as usual, and Vlad is getting plain strong. I heard recovery grumbles from the 2013 'Wiggins Look' Ragot.

I'm guessing Vlad's second hour was torture.
What is Wiggins Look? I cut my hair and sideburns!

Nice!

My 8:30 Saturday morning computrainer slot is open for this weekend. E-mail directly if you're interested in taking it. neilxross@yahoo.com
I can't make my 6 PM slot tonight. Holler if you want it.

It's cold out and the two-mile journey to Ride is daunting.  I am thinking of just doing an hour on the trainer at home and faxing in my shitty numbers.

If I do make it, I will undoubtedly be wearing my enormous ski jacket.  Mock all you will, but I will simply laugh at you from my goose-warm tent.

@Ryan....I'll grab your slot if nobody else has yet....lemme know.
Hey, so now my commitment for tonight cancelled and I already gave my spot away to Stearns, which I am not going to be a douche and take back.

Is there another open spot in the 6 pm?
you can have mine.  I'm in full red wine recovery this week
ha ha

6pm slot open - all yours dstearns or anyone else
Guys- my spot is open have a work meeting that came up.

745pm group.
wait, grab your slot??? I'm confused by this post...doesn't everybody have their own personal computrainer in their basement?
Another good hard night in the basement.
I'm feeling left out...perhaps if I knew what course you guys were riding...I could also ride it and share my screen shots.  This could be the beginning a beautiful romance.  I hear it's how Manti Te'o kicked off his cyber love affair.
I only finished 37,000 miles behind, cranking out the wattage of a 6th grader. CRUSHING it........
Session #2...
This session should go down in history books for record number of dismounts, door slamming and, oh... Ryan Johnson crushing us like small furry animals under an eighteen wheeler.image
Ooo-Fahh...looks like Ryan stepped on a box of kittens !!!  John when sheer talent abandons you...experience and treachery are your friends (tighten his brake blocks a smidge or let a bit o air out of his back tire)
Its not quite what it looks like. There were some "issues" - we called it the equivalent of a park race crash.

So while I am very pleased with my own workout, I didn't really ride away from everyone.
a wins a win....just ask Lance...
the trick to understanding how hard the rides are is to look at the calories - they basically equal the amount of work for the ride...
Free! My 6pm Wednesday spot is open--first come first served.
I would like to take John M's 6pm slot, if I may. -Norm
All yours Norm.
thank you, good Sir!
