Tucco is right. I'm on KCC. She's my legal partner. She also the liv ambassador. As an ambassador she gets UN security clearance, a body guard and free snacks.

You may also order glasses at this time. They will be at the standard Redbeard "cost plus" discount based on your category level. The glasses should be noted on the Glasses Spring 2016 sheet within the same Google Sheet above.

The window to place your order is now through March 24. There will be another order window later in the summer. Please note, the order windows are the only time that you can purchase at these prices. If you wish to purchase at some other time of year, the standard shop "cost plus" discount will apply.

For upper category riders:

KCC will offer to subsidize 50% of the purchase price of one orange POC Octal or one orange POC Octal Aero helmet per year for each upper-category rider, as defined below.
KCC may give club members a helmet for rider retention or as mentor comp, with approval of the board

Definition of upper-category riders:

- Men and women Cat 3 and above on the road
- Men and women Cat 1 and above in mountain biking (this is the lowest category that requires points)
- Men and women Cat 3 and above on the track
- Men and women Cat 3 and above in cyclocross

How about...I'll look at the spreadsheet on Monday & fill in club pricing
for any glasses orders that people have put in; you can always revise your
order after I do that (but before we submit). Cool?

@JohnOlsson helmet pricing on this bulk team order is *special.* Craig explained it in his post yesterday (the one with the spreadsheet link), refer to that for the details...but in short, if you fill in the spreadsheet it will populate the price for the helmet.

Essentially anything else you buy at Redbeard Bikes (inc POC glasses)...the standard Redbeard "Cost Plus" pricing applies. Cat 1/2/3 is cost plus 15%, Cat 4/5 is cost plus 25%.

Hope that makes sense & answers all the q's.

John - the price will appear for the helmet you select in the spreadsheet. The Octal AVIP MIPS is $167 and the Octal Aero is $150.

I'm just noticing the screenshot above and I may not have corrected the values in the formula within the sheet. Please note the $167 and the $150 are the correct prices and I'll update the sheet when I get home tonight. I can't access Google Docs from work.
