is there a stages order planned? this is the year!
A little last minute, but I've confirmed with RedBeard that they can order any tube as long as it meets the 25 unit minimum.

I plan on ordering at least 10 Giant/Q tubes with a 60-mm stem -- the $2 variety with no stem.

Anybody care to join me?
Would folks be interested in an extension, till Saturday midnight?

I know there are some open questions so that gives us time to address.

Thanks for your patience - this is the first time we're doing a bulk order
of this sort -

I got a couple of tubes from the group order but I'd switch to 60s. What do I have to do?
Simply post how many 60 tubes you want here on the forum and if hey are in addition to or instead of the tubes you have already order. I will make sure to include them in order that goes to RedBeard
Thanks Patrick. Sign me up for 4 60s. Although I won't need them because the shiny new tires I'm getting will never puncture right??
Will you totally jinxed yourself.

Are latex tubes included in the stem length or are they only one size?
That's a question for Kasia
Not sure what you mean. Do you mean latex tubes w/ 60 mm valves?

Yes, sorry, saw the note above "any tube as long as it meets the 25 unit minimum". Ultimately I'd like 2x 60 stem latex tubes.

How 'bout some valve extenders?  Zipp/Silca make some great ones.
Sure I'm okay with that, but given a choice I'd rather go with the native size.
Last Call - on Bulk Order

Finalizing the Bulk Order now. Submit any last minute requests before 8pm Sunday (Today!) as I am going to send this off to RedBeard tonight. Order here.

Hi all - want to give everyone the heads up about a few sponsorship ordering windows coming soon.

Stages - we'll place a Stages Power Meter order shortly.

POC - we'll also be placing a POC Helmet and glasses order. Note POC seems to be low on inventory at the moment. We are sorting that out.

Skratch - OSMO is no more and we are proud to announce we have a deal with Skratch. This will be a group purchase and the order will be shipped to Red Beard. You'll still be able to pick up Skratch from Red Beard in between orders with whatever they have in stock at that time. The group order will allow you to purchase what ever you'd like. The pricing is 30% off MSRP.

All of these will be set up with a google sheet for you to list your order with contact info. As always, you are committing to pay for the order once the order is submitted to the manufacturer.

I hope to have all of this up by the end of this weekend pending confirmations with the manufacturers on inventory status. We'll leave the ordering window open for a week to 2 weeks.
Hi all.

Ready to start taking orders for Stages and POC helmets and glasses.

Stages - Still confirming with Stages that we are good to go but you can indicate what you want to purchase on the google doc (link below). We'll update everyone once we hear back from them.

POC - We are ready to take orders. Please note there are limited quantities of medium Octal (the non-aero version) available in our Zinc Orange and no Larges. If we exceed the quantity of medium Octals then they will be on back order until August. (Smalls don't seem to be an issue). All helmets will be first come first serve basis.

KCC will offer to subsidize 50% of the purchase price of one orange POC Octal or one orange POC Octal Aero helmet per year for each upper-category rider, as defined below.
KCC may give club members a helmet for rider retention or as mentor comp, with approval of the board

Definition of upper-category riders:

- Men and women Cat 3 and above on the road
- Men and women Cat 1 and above in mountain biking (this is the lowest category that requires points)
- Men and women Cat 3 and above on the track
- Men and women Cat 3 and above in cyclocross

Skratch - ordering coming soon. We are going to post the Skratch order form online for you to fill out and submit to Red Beard. It'll be available a little later this week. The number of products and permutations of each is too complicated for a google doc.

Google Doc order form. Please note this sheet has separate tabs for Stages, POC helmets, and POC glasses. Enter your order(s) on the applicable sheet(s).

We'll leave the ordering window open through Sunday, April 30. We'll be placing the order first thing the following morning.
What is the pricing on POC items (ignoring the KCC subsidy for upper-category riders)?
$150 for the Aero and $167 for the MIPS road.
What's the discount on glasses?
Here is representative pricing for a couple of models. It follows the standard cost plus model for the glasses.

DO Blade AVIP glasses
Cat 4/5 - $143.75
Cat 1/2/3 - $132.25

DO Half Blade AVIP
Cat 4/5 - $162.50
Cat 1/2/3 - $149.50
Hi All,

Skratch ordering is ready to go. Attached is the order form for you to download and fill out with your information (it is also saved in the linked google drive). Once complete and saved with your name in the file nameless upload to our google drive here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BzDTXcUqkPXaY1hfamRuRVVaMmM?usp=sharing

Pricing is in the order form.

(It's our first time doing this so I'm sure you'll let me know if there are issues uploading).

Please make sure to upload by end of day Sunday April 30 so we can place the order the following day.
Very surprised to see so few people taking advantage of our POC deal. The helmets are half of MSRP for Cat 4-5 and one quarter MSRP for Cat 1-2-3. Best deal in the world.
For all those placing Skratch orders, it seems that when you try and upload the document you'll need to be added to the access list. Just do that and I'll get to adding you as the requests come in. It may be a few hours depending on where I am and what I can / can't do on my phone.

This. Remember helmets should be swapped out every couple years and its also a great idea to have one in reserve. A simple crash, even one that doesn't result in bodily harm, can spell the end for your helmet.
Yack's is thinking bout it
how much for 123's again?
cant see the prices on my spreadsheet
The 123's price for helmets (one per year) is $75 for the Aero and $83.50 for the MIPS road.
Someone uploaded a file that didn't have their name in the file name nor in the document. It was someone that has the id: ggd4865. Please go in and fix your order form.

Oh SNAP....Yack obliges....I'll get on that...mine is getting "musty"...smells like an unshaven yak
For those saving the Skratch order form to the google drive and not changing the file name by adding your own name - you are just saving over the template or someone else's order form who forgot to add their own name. Thanks. I just corrected one file, however the spreadsheet from "ggd4865" is lost.
I can't figure the god damn thing out....can I just email you what I want???
