Why can't he race bicycles? Isn't it a little early to figure that out?
I read somewhere that the manner in which they have had to reconstruct his face precludes him from ever playing contact sports.  Apparently if he takes a shot to the face, his face could collapse.  Forget cycling, the kid needs to embrace the fact that he is not dead, not paralyzed and can go live a normal life.  I've read too many stories lately of people either being killed or paralyzed in bike accidents.  I'm just hoping that he doesn't have any traumatic brain injuries...
The greater question is whether or not moninger will bring back the "flockvof seagulls" do for the tdf?
Horrble

Right.  While being suspended from MPCC doesn't change his eligibility to race, it says a lot about what the team/Rolland are up to.  It's pretty obvious he's using cortisone.  Voeckler too.

i like to cheer for voeckler and rolland.   this sucks.  who's left?

"... and why must we have all these garish terminals for the subterranean way, or the subway as it is called by the slack-jawed chuds...". So good.

Interesting characterization of Froomie

http://www.cyclingnews.com/features/chris-froome-from-cycling-slum-dog-to-monte-carlo-millionaire

"Froome used every trick in the book to compete in Europe and the 2006 world championships, blagging his entry, and pretending to be the Kenyan team manager in Salzburg..."

Yet another story of someone who is willing to sacrifice it all (including his "head turning" model girlfriend) in pursuit of victory.

But he's clean for sure.  Totally.
poor froomie.  what's a guy gotta do to prove he's not a doper?

until his pee-pee comes back dirty, i am going to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Froome is strong b/c he grew up running from hippos:

this is a great map for figuring out the interesting stages and the days you plan on calling in sick.

funny - i thought he was strong from his unique training regimen of kenyan drinking water and slow infection with schistosomiasis....ironic, i know, since you wouldn't think snail fever would make you *faster*.

I must also have blood eating snails.  Yeah, that's why I'm slow.

Oh boy...

@Jeff Owens-I'll raise you one.  I clearly have snails blood (and other snail genetic material).

If Kissena is going to keep having 15 guys in the field, then they must all finish for any results to count. It occurred to me last race that they are just burning guys left and right, who then dnf. That doesn't seem terribly sporting.

@Phillip - link to original?  1. Homeboy is posting at 2:07am on a Wed, so fuck that guy.  2. His name is associated with ancient 80s chainring tech, so fuck that guy.

So fuck that guy.
Nevermind, here it is
