Hey everyone, can someone tell me how to go about getting my skinsuit fixed. I was hoping to look super sharp at the Harlem Crit with @JasonFugett today, but my zipper snapped. I improvised with safety pins and Jason and I had a great race.

@RobertPeras I contacted Chris Young at Champion Systems and they repaired a hole in a pair of bib shorts for free. It only took about three weeks from when I sent them. All I paid for was shipping one way. cyoung@champ-sys.com

alternatively, if shipping them to Champ Sys is too complicated, I've found that most NYC dry cleaners can replace a zipper pretty sharply. YMWV

Thats funny , because i panicked when you said previously you tried on a the helmet and need a large , that i ordered a size to small, were you using that alpecin shampoo?

No, it was an extra humid day.  Big hair and all.

More seriously, I think that when I first tried on the Protone Medium, I got the secondary retention system stuck between the EPS of the helmet and my head.  I thought it odd that the medium didn't fit, but then, no reason for sizing to be standard across brands, or even within brands.  The POC Ventral doesn't fit the same as the Octal on my skull.

when I tried on the L today, it felt a little bit big, but with the secondary system snugged down, it's ok. then, just to be sure, I tried on the medium.  The first one fit, though just.  Then I wondered if something was wrong with that helmet, so I tried on a second.  It didn't fit--then I realized the plastic of the retention system was stuck between the helmet and my head.

apologies to all for creating any confusion.  

The small size t-shirt is, let’s say, rather skin tight compared to most small shirts. Anyone want mine?

Eloy, I was planning on doing the Castelli Series this weekend, but I think it may be a bit short notice for that.

I'm interested in borrowing a skinsuit for GMSR.  I'm a M bibs, S jersey, so likely a Small skinsuit would do the trick.  Anyone open to loan?  

Defeet are selling a sock that they say saves 8 watts at 48kmh in the tunnel. If true that's a very good watts per $ purchase. Quickstep are using them this season. Right now they're only offering black or white colors, have asked rep to keep us posted re custom order.
