I recently was asked by a new (tall and skinny) member about the length of jerseys. I contacted Champion Systems to ask if they made extra long jerseys. I was assuming that the member took a large jersey but would find an extra large too baggy. Here is the response from Ben Woodbury at CS.
In this case I would recommend going with Large Club Cut if he doesn’t want to go XL. Club cut is about 1" - 1.5" longer in a given size. Might be a bit bigger in other areas as well but not as big as an XL. The difference between Club and Race is mostly the length.
Tall and skinny is always tough, I've struggled with that myself. My jerseys are always a bit on the short side. My only other recommendation is to make sure he is rocking bibs, that helps with coverage when upright, etc.

Jersey Care
The ground was wet over the weekend and my traditional white KCC jersey got spattered with mud and dirt mostly in the front - I had a fender to help with the back. I wash all of my sports clothes in the sink so soaked the jersey with regular laundry detergent, and after rinsing it, soaked it again with water and about a cup of white vinegar. It didn't completely get all of the stains out, but did a good job brightening up the colors.
For more stubborn stains, I'll dab the spots with detergent and let it soak in until I can get to washing it.
When stains won't come out, that becomes my indoor trainer jersey or what I wear beneath layers during the winter.
I do have a couple of jerseys I only wear on nice days when I know pictures will be taken, for racing, short group rides, to the coffee shop. I don't wear them on long rides because my tubes, tools and food tend to stretch the pockets.

I got doored last weekend by an Uber and knocked off my bike. Ultimately I'm fine but my helmet cracked. I checked with Red Beard who said Kask isn't making orange helmets. Any thoughts on team helmets moving forward? Also @mugwump, did you end up using the large Protone you got that you were trying to trade?

I traded it for a medium with another member. According to the Kask website, they still have the Utopia (aero, not well vented I guess) in Orange.
Otherwise, I'd check POC, Lazer, and Specialized for orange lids.

I want to give a shout out to this cap.
Santa brought it for me and it's now my GoTo cycling cap, with everything I need. It's wool so is comfortable and not itchy. Fits fine beneath my POC. The ear flaps are massive but can be rolled up so you can hear better, and the bill is relatively short so it doesn't interfere with my vision or sunglasses, but works well, with a slight tilt of my head, to keep the notoriously low winter sun (when it decides to show itself) out of my eyes.

@Jeff Condon I spoke with Kasia just before the holidays about helmets. Kask are no longer offering the Protone in Orange. They do, however, still offer the Utopia in Orange. That particular helmet did not fit me so well, however ...... The Gamechanger by ABUS (as worn my Movistar) is a great fit for me and is available in Shrimp Orange. Kasia indicated that they would be open to a group order of the ABUS if there is enough interest. This would of course all need confirming with RB.

Speaking of helmets, I just order the poc omne air. I needed a new lid and they gave me 40% off an old one. The color way fits perfectly with our kit. I'm not pushing for everyone to snag one but it is a good alternative.

JP, thanks for all the info. I am partial to ABUS, simply because they fit my head so well (they seem to fit similar to UVEX helmets). The Utopia was uncomfortable and I need a helmet that does not make my head look massive (so POC is out).
