Team Kit Order

I think maybe it would be helpful to know if the Champ-Sys fit is similar to other brands like LG, Gore, Castelli, etc... that way some of us (myself included) can gauge what size to get based on what we already have in our closets.
Edwin, feel free to Call the support line for these questions.  This thread is for the specifics of ordering clothes.  How, What, When.
Here is a little tutorial for using the Champion System order site.
I have a powerpoint file if someone can figure out a good place to put it.

David's MOST EXCELLENTE tutorial is at the bottom of the page => SCROLL DOWN
Apex skin suit worth the extra $60? I'll probably wear it for like 2 TT's a year and cx.

Just tell me no so I can save $60.
@Jeff; get the Razor Bibs instead.  You don't need a skinsuit except for walking Leroy around W-Berg :P
Razor bibs have a rapha flair I crave...

Get "long"?
Just spoke with Champion Systems and the recommended ordering up one size as they typically run small.
Thanks Jules for making this possible despite the Champion System 1990's website.

Ordered a bunch of sweet stuff.

Thank you David, and thanks to Ros and Greydon behind the scenes for painstakingly maintaining 25+ proofs for all the various bits & pieces.
Razor bibs are fine, but I find and that they ride up quickly if you wear warmers underneath. So,I don't think they are worth the up charge.
But the razor design is rapha-esque so I MUST HAVE.

Also, what's the difference in Lycra and Lycra speed shoe covers (besides $18)?

Hmmmm... if only there was some way, some sort of device if you will where you could just use that device and talk to the people who work at Champion Systems.  If only you had say a code, or a number you could plug into that device to find the people at Champion Systems and ask them... and you could hear them talk and talk back... some kind of electric phonic tele... telephonic device.  Man that would be sweet.

The point is, a lot of Champ Sys stuff SUCKS ASS. I'm looking for experience from club members and their honest input. Not marketing plugs from Champ Sys employees. Sorry Jules!
@Jeff that's no way to treat a sponsor who has been supporting the club and local racing for a decade.  CS clothing wasn't always great but they've come a LONG way and are on par quality wise with the competition and significantly cheaper.  It isn't Rapha or Verge but it doesn't "Suck Ass"

All cycling clothing is essentially disposable.  It lasts a season (maybe 2) and that's it.

It may be fashionable to hate on CS from the old days but I'm not down for it.  Sorry, I'm not with you on this one.

The difference is the speed covers are made out of speed suit fabric which is different (faster, less porous and less stretchy) than the regular Lycra - detailed on their website.

Both have zippers.  Both look great with Pink Bartape.
What can I tell you....  I've spent a ton of their stuff and some isn't very good (like all companies). Sorry if that opinion isn't popular.

But thanks for the description.  That's all I was looking for originally (well, actual experience and reviews would be better).  Not links to their pub.

Rock on!  You guys are doing a great job.
Fleece Jacket added, MTB / Crit Skin Suit soon to follow

MTB/Criterium Skinsuit has been added.
Excellent!
Champion Systems has gone all Instagramy

I don't have a power-meter so cannot be sure, but I am almost certain the sticker added 25 watts to today's output...
@Mark- St. George's Flag alone is good for 25 watts so you've got a real advantage there.
Awesome!
Thanks for all the time you've put into orchestrating a massive order of clothing and maintaining the art across many different items.

Can we also make a proof for the "fleece bib knickers"?  At $84, they cost $18 less than buying fleece bib shorts and fleece knee warmers separately.  It would be nice to save the money and have one garment that does the job of two.

The reason I like separate knee warmers and shorts is two fold. 1) fit and 2) versatility
I'm with Marc on the fleece shorts.  Sometimes I wear them with leg warmers, sometimes with knee warmers, sometimes bare--certain rainy conditions and under heavy winter tights.
Maybe it's because I have big thighs, but I wear knee/leg wamers, I get that annoying muffin top pinch point that always hits right on the tip of my saddle. Ugh, sprinter problems.
I agree with the versatility but I worry I might have some fit issues.  I'm no Greipel, but the bib shorts I tried on that seem to be the correct size elsewhere on my body are tight on my thighs.  They were like new, and the ones I buy might loosen up over time.  Nonetheless they were very tight and if I put warmers under them I am concerned about the pressure point Mattie describes.  I have eschewed warmers in the past for this reason, opting instead for tights.  I'd rather not pay more for increased chance of discomfort if it's not a huge inconvenience to diligent Jules, David, Ros and Greydon who have been doing all this art maintenance.
We'll have those added today. Anti-Anti made those proofs for the winter order so it shouldn't take long.

I tried to add them from my phone but apparently I broke the CS web server doing it...
