We'll have those added today. Anti-Anti made those proofs for the winter order so it shouldn't take long.

I tried to add them from my phone but apparently I broke the CS web server doing it...
hahahha...the CS website also broke for me in Google Chrome. internet exploder is fine, however.

thanks for adding these.  and for putting the sizing kit @ ride.  you guys are awesome and your effort is making this seamless and manageable for all of us.  thanks!
If we attend the sizing event tomorrow, will we be able to amend the order already uploaded to CS?

Yes.  Sizing pieces will stay at Ride Brooklyn until the order closes.
Is there an alternative way to buy some bottles, other than showing up at Kondatori? or did I miss that post

I'll continue to try and bring a box of bottles to (prospect) park races until we rub out. We can order more if people love them.
+1 day on the fit kit guys; sorry
Hey guys, I have a pair of the winter gloves size medium for sale from the last order that didn't fit. Any takers? $20 takes them.
Craig, I'll take them.  Email me off the forum to work out the details: joaquincdebaca@yahoo.com
@Joaquin DAMN YOU!!! claimed the gloves while i was measuring my hands...
That sounds dirty.  I keep my measurements handy at all times.
right after i hit post i realized i should have finished the sentence.

"you claimed the gloves while i was still in the process of measuring my hands to see if the gloves were the right size for them."

i apologize for any confusion or fantasies i may have caused.
Sizing Kit is at Ride Brooklyn.
NO FREEBALLING please.
(Except Joe...)
should i order summer stuff now, or will there be another seasonal order?  might get some of that high-tech gossamer.  although if i survived last summer in georgia without hi-tech summer weather gear, i probably won't need it in NY...
Reviews were mixed on the summer weight stuff; it is very... revealing.  Order now if you want it.  The design won't change.
The airlite jersey is very light and soft and not as see through. I really like it.

I agree
Be prepared to order what you'll need for the summer since warmer weather will be here soon and you'll need standard weight jerseys and bibs (not just winter clothing). JP is a fan of the summer weight jerseys and bibs, I think there is no difference between summer and standard weight bibs and jerseys.

I went to RB yesterday to try on the clothes in the Fit Kit - thanks for that, Jules.  And holy cow am I glad I did.  The Champs website provides measurements, and their large came very close to my Hincapie large, but when I tried on the jersey and bib shorts, there was no way I was going to walk around in public like that.  For anyone who hasn't yet ordered kit before, I'd recommend trying on the clothes.  I'm going with an XL, simply for public decency.
@Bruce - many on this club would actually size down to medium in your situation.
Champsys medium fits me, as they say in the US, a little too "Euro".  Plus my gangly arms (which Eric recently equated to a monkey's) poke out a good few inches on their long-sleeve medium kit.  So i went up to large, and that seems to be a better fit.
mark, you are too euro.  uniform has nothing to do with it.

having tried on clothes, i'm still not sure i got it right.  some of them seemed ot be different fabrics/cuts entirely.

Have CS changed their sizes for shorts and jerseys in the past few years?  In other words, if we've ordered in past years, can we just order the same sizes we've used before?

Same size is a good bet. I think there may be a tendency to make the clothing slightly smaller (people complain about tight leg grips), but I think JP has also been talking about ordering one size smaller than before (peruse the messages on prior pages of this thread).

By the way, if anyone decides (like me) that they want to alter sizes AFTER submitting an order to Champion Systems, you need to call Beth at CS customer service BEFORE the order closes. This number can be found at the bottom of their home page, or in one the messages on prior pages of this thread. (I'm starting to sound like a broken record).
notes--

Summer Jerseys.  Yes, a bit see-through.  But when it's over 90 out, you won't care.  They're good for racing at about 80.  The bibs are pretty nice, too, but not as important.  The set has been great in 100-degree plus weather.  I didn't take the airlite jersey with me to Las Vegas last year to compare.

Summer skin suit.  The top and side panels are made out of bib strap material.  If people are staring at you, yes, it will seem a bit see through.  But it is great for racing in (last year, I think I was taking mine out for road and track races once it was over 75F, good for cx down to 60).  back pockets means that it even can work for road races, provided you don't need to carry bottles.

Sizing.  A few years ago, I wore medium bibs.  I'm now on smalls.  I've been wearing small jerseys.  I'm going try sizing down to xs.  Going to do the same with the skinsuit. Do consult the size chart.
beware:  razor bib shorts use a different sizing chart and they mean it! (see http://champ-sys.com/cycling/cycling-size-charts).  i was fitting fine into the size small regular bibs.  tried on the size small razor bib shorts in the sizing kit @ Ride Brooklyn and i nearly ripped them trying to get them only inches past my kneecap.

that said, the razor bibs are really nifty...
The sizing chart difference seems to be 1/4 of an inch

True.  I'm just relating my experience!  It surprised me.  The razor edge was problematically tight.  Perhaps the material used for those bibs doesn't stretch as much?  Nice work with the rapid image manipulation...

Also keep in mind their sizing charts ask you to lie the garment flat, which introduces a lot of variability since you're trying to fit a 3D object.  Ask any cartographer.
see!  extensive variability in that map.  why, i can't even spot uranus...
How can I place an order for summer jersey and shorts?
