FWIW I don't put any of my CS stuff in the dryer even though much of it says tumble dry low.

@Jeffrey White, is there any way to see sample pieces or try stuff on? What's the process like if we order items that don't fit?

@jesselash: There should still be fit kits at Ride Brooklyn (the Bergen Street shop). Give them a call and go try pieces on. I think you're a pretty solid medium, but you might take a small jersey if you like it really snug.

There are no returns of clothing unless there is a real defect or the order is wrong. However, it is very easy to sell clothing here on the forum.

STORE IS OPEN!

The store will remain open until midnight on Friday, March 21. There will be another order in May, so fear not.

* The first thing to note: You cannot order socks. Champ-Sys no longer allows you to order socks using CS Direct. The only way to order socks now is via a special team order. I will be doing no such order, so bug someone else to do it.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY:

1. Go to http://custom.champ-sys.com/Login/en-US/Default.aspx

2. Enter your existing Champ-Sys email and password under "CS Direct Member Login." If you don't have one yet, enter the following temporary username and password (case sensitive):

a. Username: Kissena

b. Password: Boitano14

c. You will be prompted to create your own new login and password. Do so.

3. Under "Kissena Cycling Store" click on "Order Now" for the "March2014" order.

4. Order away.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

THE STORE IS WEIRD. You will notice that there are two "Tights and Knickers" proof pictures, three "Caps" proof pictures, and two "Gloves" proof pictures. When you click on the Order button below each one, you are presented with order options. However, you can only actually order the items depicted in the proof (most of the time). So if you click on the Order button under the Euro Winter Cap proof (labeled only as "Caps"), you can only select that radio button to order, though you'll see radio buttons for the other two caps. If you select one of the others you'll see a pop-up ...

IF YOU CLICK ON A RADIO BUTTON AND SEE THIS:

CLICK "Cancel." THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE. That item is in another proof. So for example if you click on the Euro Winter Cap order button, then select the CS Tech cap radio button, you'll get that message box. Cancel out, and try the other "Caps" proof.

Here's a cheat sheet for which proof picture allows which options:

a. The first "Tights and Knickers" option is for CS Tech Fleece Bib Knickers and CS Tech Fleece Bib Tights only. The second "Tights and Knickers" option is for CS Neoprene TechFleece Bib Tights only.

b. The first "Caps" option is Euro Winter caps. The second "Caps" option is CS Tech caps only. The third "Caps" option is Euro Cycling caps.

Shop carefully - there are plenty of options like exposed vs hidden zippers on the wind vests, and two lengths for Razor shorts.

If there is no means to order champ-sys socks does that mean there is an opportunity to consider alternate sock suppliers. I believe DeFeet do custom ?

Need a couple of things -missed the store due to travel. Do we have any
stock? Am I too late to add last minute crap today? sorry to be a pain in

I believe so. I'm getting a tracking number tomorrow. If I get it at a reasonable hour Friday, I'll deliver it to Ride same-day. Otherwise it'll be as soon as I get the chance.

Several giant boxes of kit just got delivered to my apartment. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to get it over to Ride before they close this evening, so it looks like I'll be delivering it tomorrow around noon.

Everyone should be able to count on their kit being ready for pickup tomorrow afternoon at Ride Brooklyn!

I accidentally ordered a "Club Cut" jersey. It's the "Pro" jersey, with the racey slick sleeves. I like these things a lot.

It's actually not that big...it just doesn't fit me. But if there's somebody who usually wears a medium, or who is close to my size but just a tad bigger, I'll sell it for a significant discount.

(I also still have a brand new, never worn, thermo shield pro jacket)
