I'm sorry to bring the 2014 Men's 4C race up, but I finally uploaded my unedited Battenkill footage, which begins at a random point and omits random segments of the race. Very helpful, I know.

The organized preview ride of the new course is this Saturday. I have it on good authority that there will NOT be a spring preview ride. So if you are thinking of batten kill next year then you may want to consider riding this weekend. Details on bikereg.

I already signed up for the season pass race entry, the super deluxe coaching plan with full course go-pro videos, compu trainer course package, and pre-race lypo suction.

I rode the preview course last fall. It was nice to go with a group of other riders with neutral car support. If there's no spring preview, I'd like to get a group together and do a day of ride.
I'll put my size 25 grand prix 4000s tires on about two weeks before the race, so they're worn down a bit, but still new. Yep, tires.

My recommendation is to ride 20mm tires on the preview ride. That way, it will be a necessity to find the good lines. So, when you get to race day, and have the 25mm tires on, you'll be amazed at how well you float through the sectors that once gave you trouble.

that written, if Jersey Mike and the other II's want to make b'kill a priority, I could be convinced to do it again. I've been holding off because doing the II race solo has gotten a bit boring.

In all seriousness @Nelson, there is always a strong (sometimes very) contingent of Kissena 4's there. Just budget enough time for a few dozen hours of blogging about tire choice
