ugh...overslept. No way I can make it there even remotely "on time."
I should be there Sunday. Still need a bike?Adam said:I'm a medium: 54-58cm TT and I can make it work. Will bring own pedals and am staying in Manhattan. In for Sunday JP? I have one other taker so far.
That was me. Were you driving or riding?Myles said:Unknown kissena rolling down highway 27 in water mill?

I've been off the bike for the past month due to getting sick for a couple weeks & working too much but I managed to get my 2nd ticket of the year for once again coming to almost a complete stop before rolling through a red light with no cars nearby on my commute to work (in the pouring rain). I can roll through one light with cops waving me through then a coupe lights later, I roll through and a cop gives me a ticket. It's a joke. If the cops are trying to raise money, I'd rather just donate, at least that way I could write it off. The worst part is having to listen to their bullshit about keeping bikers safe. A couple months ago I ended up in the ER because of their blatant negligence while riding home from work on the Brooklyn bridge... anyway hope to see you all out on the road again soonJohnMalcolmson said:9am GWB via bike path.
Undercover cops giving out tickets, what douches.
I think I'll be playing my f-cops hip hop mix tomm. Yo.

I'm doing an early morning ride on Saturday 12th.
Leaving 7am GWB, <2 hours, >2000ft climbing "Hills of Alpine", easy pace.
I don't know if it's related to the "raising money" point, but I totally got my rental car towed from a legal spot yesterday. $185 for the tow, $60 for the ticket, $5 for using a credit card.Brian Miele said:I've been off the bike for the past month due to getting sick for a couple weeks & working too much but I managed to get my 2nd ticket of the year for once again coming to almost a complete stop before rolling through a red light with no cars nearby on my commute to work (in the pouring rain). If the rain is not present, I'll be there. Not sure I'll have the stamina to do apple orchard (but will certainly have my game face on for it) as I'll be coming from BK, but at least to Piermont.mugwump said:I want to tempt the fates!
I'll be at the GWB tomorrow at nine. Have to figure out timing, but my hope is to get out by the apple orchard.
