ok it looks like I'll be switching to the 10AM GWB ride. It looks like I will be up late, and this time of year sleep is just as important as riding.

That being said, for me to make it to the GWB by 9, I have to be up by 6:30 or 6:45 to have a proper bowl movement. So yeah, sometimes I like to sleep in an extra hour and not have to rush it.

Didn't happen. Yet...
