Once a Bowie fan, always a Bowie fan!
There were some sharp socks, but Thierry totally killed it in the sock style this AM.
Tuesday, I have a rest day scheduled but I need a bit of lets go slow kind of riding. Come out at 6:05 AM to enjoy some easy riding.
I need to be on my bike tmrw as I am traveling for that silly thing called work on Wednesday and Thursday. See you there.

*edit* I will actually pull out tmrw morning and do some rollers tomorrow evening instead.
I'm thinking that I will head to PP for some Tempo at 6am tomorrow.
will be there for tempo tomorrow. might join the ACME ride for a lap post tempo.
Met up with Jim at 6am for 45 mins of tempo laps.  Good times!
Saw most of the fast cats out today with the exception of Jim & Jill.
Anyone out tomorrow?
@eloy, without meaning to jump the gun do you plan on having the "Kissena Friday Look Sharp Ride" tomorrow? Also, is there any scope for including a coffee top afterwards?
Yes, you know it:

Tomorrow. May 20th 6am at GAP.

We'll ride for about 90 minutes. Mega mellow.

If you are racing Saturday, let me know, and we'll include some openers for you.

Wear Kissena colors and come looking sharp.

Also, if you owe me money, this might be the ride for you.

After it is all done, we might grab coffee close to the park, probably at the Connecticut muffin.

see you then.

Ha @eloy, you might just become the club banker if you're not careful!
Alexander Hamilton and I will see you in the morn for a spin.

Racing at ungodly o'clock Saturday morning so openers sound good to me if others don't mind?
maybe we'll stop at konditori, as they just posted this:

looking sharp

Yes, my arms do bend the wrong direction.

That's OK Jim, I apparently try to be posh and stick my pinkies out when riding on the hoods.
Friday AM looking like it is going to be nice...I wonder if folks will come out for some looking sharp?
Down
I think I might join in. Early is hard, but so is the mid-day sun.
What time? I'd love to try for it.

6:05 AM from GAP

Kasia, we'd love to have you. Also if you can't make the start, we're doing laps so just wait and we'll be around shortly.
Brilliant! I live south of PP so I might just catch y'all at the bottom of
the lake. If I wake up!

Ok, Dan beat me to it, but you know it:

Tomorrow May 27th 6:00 AM meet at GAP. We'll ride mellow for about 90 minutes.

Wear kissena colors and come looking sharp.

We'll discuss Dan's quirky 6:05 meet time, and Dombrowski getting dropped on flat roads.

If you are racing Saturday, let me know, and we'll add some openers for you.

If you are late, worry not, just wait, we'll orbit around.

See you then, it'll be the hotness.
Sorry about stealing your thunder Eloy, I am getting excited to show off my new socks at the Look Sharp Ride.
I'm down for recovery pace and donuts and coffee to follow!
great fun riding today

also, mentioned during the ride, check here for about a minute of a perfectly executed rotating paceline

That ToC paceline is the hotness. I noticed the Twenty16-Ridebiker rider who is nicely hanging onto the back of the paceline and not just skipping pulls, but skipping the entire rotation. Granted if you've got the Green, Yellow and Polkadot jerseys in the break, there is some expectation for them to do the driving.
that's Kristin Armstrong sitting in, and you are right, it is worth pointing how she does it, moving left to right to always be on a wheel but never in the way.

That group is as VIP as it gets -- Stevens, Gaurnier, Johhansen, Abbot -- insane talent. I'd bet there was a clear strategic reason for Armstrong not to contribute.
I need to do some tempo tomorrow, anyone else?  I got there about 6:25 today, but I could probably get there by 6am.
