Winter bike frame for sale.

Surly Pacer. Size 54. Light Blue. Steel. Excellent (almost new) condition.
Surly made these for a couple of years as a winter bike option, that had racing geometry.
Seat tube c-c = 54cm. Seat tube c-t = 56cm. Top Tube c-c = 55.5cm. 72.5 HT angle, 73.5 ST angle. 130mm Rear spacing and 100mm front - for 10/11 speed.
Has proper fender eyelets for real full fenders. Takes 28mm wires with fenders and 32mm without.
Comes with Cane Creek Headset and F1 Ceramic shimano Bottom Bracket (BSA external silver cups) installed. Ceramic bearing spins perfectly.
Requires clamp on Front derailleur and mid-reach brake calipers

$275 with the BB installed. If you don't want that BB then I can remove and sell for $215.
Or if you need mid-reach brake calipers then I have a pristine set of Tektro R539 in Black fitted with SwissStop Green GHP2 all-season pads. Total will then be $300.

If anyone wants pictures I will send them or post here.

DM if interested.

Just in time for CX/Winter

I'm offering these to the club. If there are no takers I will put on eBay this weekend.

Cyclocross tubular wheelset:
A pair of Neugent tubular cross wheels for disc brakes and quick release. These have been my favorite race wheels for the past several seasons. These alloy wheels are under 1400 grams and have stood up to whatever CX racing could dish out. Bearing are good. Wheels have a pair of Clement/Donnelly PDX tubular tires glued on. Should get another season out of the tires. Rotor included. Here are the details from Neugent. I have not cleaned them after Bubblecross, so the pictures make them look dustier than they really are. I'm only parting with them because I switched to thru axle on my CX bike and can't use QR hubs anymore. Cassette not included. Asking $300 with rotors or $250 without

Cyclocross tubular tires:
One pair of lightly used Challenge Chicane Team Edition S Tubular Cross tires. Very supple handmade tubulars. These retail for $125 each. I used them for two season in a handful of races only. They were taped up using the Carogna tubular tape, which I peeled off from the basetape, leaving a clean surface for gluing them back up. The tread is in fantastic condition. The tan sidewalls look worn, but I think if you coat with aquaseal you can get a few seasons out of them. Asking $50 for the pair

Winter boots:
A pair of older Lake winter boots size 45.5 (euro - about 11 US). These are three hole (Look) type boots with BOA laces that will keep you warm and dry throughout your winter riding. I am replacing them with a new pair with mountain bike cleats. Asking $50

Road shoes:
A pair of older Lake road shoes size 45.5. Used to be white. Buy me a coffee and they are yours.

For Sale
knickers 3/4 length shorts size large
Full length fleece tights size large
$15 each
both purchase last Autumn light use

Stages Powermeter. Shimano 105 5750 Left Crank. 175mm. Grey color.
Excellent condition no scuffs or scrapes. Looks new.
Just popped a new battery in to check and it connects fine. $225.

I have a bunch of inner tubes I need to move. all new and still boxed (unless otherwise stated). $3 each. Feel free to ping me with an offer if you want a bunch of them.

2 x Giant 700C 18-23mm, 60mm valve
2 x Michelin Airstop A1 700C 18-23mm, 52mm valve
1 x Continental Race 700C 18-25C, 60mm valve
2 x Continental race 700C 18-25, 60mm valve (new, never inflated, no box)
2 x Michelin Airstop A2 700C 25-32, 40mm valve (new, never inflated, no box)

I have a Power2Max type S and and SRM to sell as well. Inquire if interested- but these are going on ebay ASAP.
ugh... I'm looking for a powermeter, but 175mm arm is too long for me... darn!
FFS @ian ellis did you buy a motor bike or something?
@Mark Taylor a motorbike would be a wise purchase if I don't want to get dropped.
Actually I am simply 'thinning the herd' so that I can get a new bike for 2020.
Yes - that does mean you will see you me out on the road very, very soon.
A friend of mine sent me this

depressing.  This is a result of the proprietor, Greg Cordasco, dying from cancer earlier this year.  The shop was in a house and his family lived above the shop.  I rode for his shop team '95-'96.  No idea what his family is doing.

Sloppy work by the auctioneer, though I don't know if it matters.
sloppy is an understatement

I think it does matter , if the family is relying on the money
I’ve got a lightly used Giro MIPS Aerohead TT helmet from my triathlon days in White/ Grey that has been sitting in storage. It was used for 3 races and ~5 training rides. No scratches or anything, the magnetic lens is in good shape. You’d just have to take the half Ironman number sticker off. I can get some pics if need be, but it’s in real solid shape.

I would be down to sell to Kissena folk for $100 before tossing it on FB marketplace/ eBay!
Anyone got an old pair of clincher cross tires? I am thinking about converting an old road bike into a poor mans cross bike. I can give moneys, beers, compliments or sub mediocre company.
I have some 33c Grifos you can have! They're not tubeless but they work. Hit me up on Slack or something.

Now that I think of it, I also have a pair of PDX clinchers if anyone is interested. They're in good shape, I'm just pretty sold on my tubeless set up for now.
I have a pair of Conti X kings used once. I’ll trade them for some compliments. Slack me if you’re interested.
I have a pair of Ritchey WCS tires.  File tread on top, knobs on the side; all-condition tires.  they're 32-33mm wide.  Fairly worn, but still have life in them.

Free.
Sweet, thanks for the offer guys. Now I just need to see about clearance on the bike.

Another aside, I am in the market for a new trainer since mine legit imploded on me five minutes ago. The whole unit just snapped off the bolt to engage the fluid unit. Luckly, I didn't fall but cut the ride into a third. So anyone looking to sell any type of trainer preferable fluid type
@cpulvidente - I’ve got a cycle ops magnus, 1 year old if you are interested...
i've got a cycelops fluid 2. very lightly used. I listed it for $100 online, but$50 Kissena discount for trainer and wheel block.
Team,

Many of your bikes have been up on this thing. After trying to figure out if it worked somehow with the new ride, I've decided no. So its up for sale.

  • Yakima 58" long round cross bars with locking Control towers. I'm unsure of the condition of the towers. Pricing it accordingly - you may need new towers. Also the landing pads were for a Honda CRV but two broke while taking them off. In general, assume new connection points to whatever vehicle this goes on.
  • Yakima Load Warrior basket with faring.
  • Four Yakima Forklift bike racks. Three have locking fork clamps, one does not (still works fine, just not the locking style). I have it set up with two on top of the basket facing backwards and two outboard of the basket facing forward. Easily fits four road/CX bikes.
Everything is in good condition for a 10 year old assembly. Doesn't look new but no major scratches or other damage. Considering I'm unsure about the connection points, I'm hoping to get $200.

Will probably put this on Craigslist in the next few days for $250 - hoping to unload it before the winter weather sets in and I have to move it to the basement.

BTW, this thing makes your car look pretty bad ass if I do say so myself. And makes it easier to spot in a parking lot, especially if you are driving a CRV or other super common vehicle.

Hi,

Selling this beautiful bike. Breaks my heart since I had so great moments with it, but just got a new one and don’t need two bikes.

Specs:
Frame Merida Scultura 6000. Carbon fiber, full Ultegra. 2017. Rim breaks.

Switched the rims for Enve SES 3.4 (38mm - 41mm deep). This is more expensive than the rest of the bike. Can sell separately.

Stages left side power meter.

Ping me here or in Slack if interested.

size?
Yeah, it’s size S/M (52).

I’m 5’7’’ and according to a fit and the size chart it is the correct size. For instance for the Tarmac I bought 54.
