Yes.  I have a Terry Falcon that I have never ridden, very comfy and light with carbon rails.  The bad = it's black. The good = the picture of the falcon REALLY helps while descending.

You may want to give Saris (owner of cycleops and Kissena sponsor a call). They used to provide a discount for racks as well as powertaps with the sponsorship. Perhaps Ryan knows if this is still true.

Two years ago I ordered a saris rack and got the sponsorship discount even though they weren't listed on the sponsorship website. They said they didn't include it on site because few sponsored athletes took advantage of it.

I have a Saris Bones - 3 bikes on the trunk - and it is pretty compatible. I have used it with a number of different cars. Both with trunk and with hatchback. You could borrow it if you want to evaluate how well it works.

First time I emailed customer service from the special ordering site and got a "we don't know, we just run this website" answer. The second time I emailed the sponsorship folks at cycleops directly and got no response. I'm sure if I called and got shuffled around I'd eventually be able to talk to someone to answer my questions, but I just haven't had the time to do that sort of thing.

Few years ago I called them and found they responsive and friendly (in that Midwest kinda way). Better than email

Mark, I don't understand. The deal is "25% discount on all products at cycleops.com/cycleopspro." 

They have always been very nice and responsive to me on the phone - at least about tech support. Even sent me a new Joule computer when mine got water logged. No questions asked (although they probably should have).

Contrast this with Crank brothers, who wanted an original receipt for a broken arm on my egg beater.

Mistakenly bought these for a new wheelset, which I have learned will do better with 25mm width. My mistake will save you $20 (and save me having to send them back).

I am selling my deep dish HED Jet Powertap wheelset. These are 2010 wheels with the current C2 (23mm) wide rim width that have become popular for their aero and handling characteristics. The front is a Jet 6 (60mm) and rear is Jet 9 (90mm). I used these wheels in 2011 and 2012 as race wheels only. I don’t really want to get rid of them, but I switched over to Quarq and don’t need my Powertap wheels anymore.

Specs:

·      The wheels are 23mm wide for a "tubular like" road feel

·      Front: HED Jet 6 - 60mm depth - 18 bladed spokes

·      Rear: HED Jet 9 - 90mm depth - 24 bladed spokes - Powertap SL+ hub – Shimano freehub

·      Powertap details: Compatible with ANT+ head units (e.g. Garmin) and includes easily removable cassette body for maintenance

Details:

·      Excellent condition: Wheels are true. No hops, dents, or flat spots

·      Bearings are smooth

·      Cassette body in very good shape. Cassettes slide on and off easily

·      The Powertap hub has worked flawlessly. This was their top of the line hub at the time.

These wheels are a little heavier than some of the full carbon clinchers out there, but they roll real fast and provide the security of aluminum brake tracks. I am going to post these on eBay but wanted to give fellow Kissenas a crack at them first.

These retail at $2850 (with the less expensive and heavier Pro+ hub) and in September an older pair (non C2) sold on Slowtwitch for $1400

I am asking $1300 which includes a Battery Hub Wrench, a pair of used Vittoria CX tires and valve extenders. I am not including skewers.

For sale I have an almost new carbon tubular wheelset for road or CX. I bought these from William at the end of last season with the intent of riding them for cyclocross but didn't have the heart to trash them in the mud and sand. As a result I never changed the tires or even rode them!  I recently bought some other tubulars for road racing so am looking to find a new home for these. 

I am asking $300 for the wheelset without tires and $400 with the Vittoria Corsa CX tubulars (23mm). The tires are in great shape. The front looks new. The rear has signs of a little wear to tread but should give you a solid season or more of racing.

Here is William’s original description:

20mm deep Yoeleo-brand (chinese OEM factory) carbon tubular rims, laced 24front, 24rear with bladed spokes in 2-cross pattern to Novatec hubs. Matching skewers included.

Spec'ed for cyclocross (stout build) but used only 3x on the road, less than 200miles. Excellent condition.

Rear arrived a bit out of true, but not enough for me to ever bother fixing it.

I asked if they can hold up for cross. His response:

Can they hold up to cross? That's what my buddies tell me, though I haven't taken them off road. When I did ride, them, they felt very stiff and solid. These wheels were purchased in a group buy of about 15 sets that a friend of mine put together from a factory in china that makes carbon stuff which is regularly rebranded by big names. These wheels were all spec'd for cross (burly bladed spokes, 24f, 24r, plus they are tubulars, which makes the rim inherently stronger) and I know a bunch of people who've been crossing on them (now in their second season) without a report of destruction or damage. From what I've heard about chinese carbon wheels, they are good products (though not Zipp or Enve quality) for a good deal. I know that Cole, Williams and Neuvation all rebrand chinese carbon rims for their own wheel sets.
