Anyone have 40cm road bars to sell?  I was recently fitted by a coworker and he saw that my arms were angled outward on my 42cm bars.

I may have. Will check at home tonight.
40cm C-to-C?

40cm C-to-C?
yep, thanks Ros.
Specialized Toupe 143 with Carbon Rails for sale, white.  Make me an offer.
Ditto for the S-Works edition.
That's two saddles.  Get 'em while they're hot.
Dibs on the first one. DOWN FOR KEEPS!
I'll take the S-Works
Whitey, Vlad they're yours.  You know where to find me... with a bag of ice on my knee and a half drunk bottle of scotch on the floor...
Tito - I've got a 40cm 3T Rotundo. I just put it on, so it's pretty much brand new, but i'm just not loving the "classic bend," its too different from what I'm used to.

If you're into that sort of thing, I'll sell it to you at a good price. Just make me an offer - I paid $100.

Tito, I had to dig out my bars, but I only found some Easton & Dedas in 44 & 46 sizes. Sorry.
If anybody is looking for a Cannondale Supersix 54cm frameset (non hi mod version), I'm selling mine. Never crashed, black matte. Hit me up off the boards if interested.
New in bag pair of speedplay X1/X2 cleats.
Actually, I'd sell that 40cm Rotundo to anyone who wants it, if Tito passes. Holler.
will take those speedplay cleats Jules....I will gladly trade you a muffin of your choice for them.  How are the zero's working out?
@Yaks they're yours.  I was up too late (re) assembling my bikes to mm specifications last night to ride this morning.  Forecast is for 50 though so I'm hopeful I can sneak a ride in later today.

You want the old pedals too?
Survey says????  YES !!  I have a plethora of unused stuff I can barter...including some never before used 3TTT Ergosum bars 42 & Ritchey classics in that throwback silver color.
I have put my Cane Creek speedbars back on the bike...when I'm in them, my cadence goes up & my knees feel less stressed...probably take them off come racey time...but for now I can rip off 30 minute rides at 110 cadence on the rollers with no real knee pain.   Good luck with your bike set up.  What kind of saddle did you switch to?

Yours! To the man with the faint memory of long hair and an irrational hatred of plastic bikes. I'll take my payment in jokes to be told at the back of the pack while I huff & puff my way to fitness.

Romin Evo - flatter back, happier junk, more power.
Yacks

Does anyone have a bike they'd loan me for my dad to ride while he visits NYC? Size 56-ish.

Tried the rental at Ride, but they don't have much.

I'll clean it up for ya real nice (even if you give it to me dirty!). And we'll pay for it if like, he gets smashed by a New York City cab, or by a grown ass man riding in the park backwards on a skateboard in the dark or something.
@Ryan - If you can't find anything, I can lend out my CX rig, but the brakes are reversed and they kind of don't really work very well. Holler.
@Ryan,
I can lend you my Cannondale 54 if it fits him.. I'm in Utah right now, be back in NY tomorrow night. Look pedals...
Mail me or call me to arrange pick up.
646-673-6106.
Jorge.

If they don't work very well, you've set them up wrong.  Ryan will fix it for you.
@Ryan J - I've got a bunch of bikes in that size range.

a) I've got a Brompton folder that's useful for casual rolling around.  2007 M model with a 2x3spd internal hub.  Not great for locking up so you'll want to fold it up and carry it into store/restaurants.  Weight limit is prob around 190lbs.  Folds up really small so it won't take much room in your apt.

b) 1987 Schwinn Tempo with beat up 9spd Ultegra brifters  52/40x12-27, complete with fenders and rack.  Strong wheels with rando tires.  Egg beaters, but i might have old road pedals with toe clips laying around.  Probably has another inch of seatpost and stem to give which will work fine.
Thanks a lot all you guys. Jorge, I've got a 54, so I don't need that size. David, thanks, I need more of a roadie bike. Whitey I don't know what you're talking about, really, and if it was a road bike I'd fix it as JP suggested, but I've never had a cross bike so I don't wanna mess with yours. Looks like JP is winning, if I can get to Manhattan to grab it. Thanks again all. Kissena rules.

Greetings from NJ

I am thinning my herd and before I posted these bikes to Ebay, I thought I would give anyone at Kissena looking for a cross bike or Merlin road bike first crack at 'em. May be particularly interesting to the vertically challenged among us.

Steelman Eurocross 525. Jade Pearl paint. Steelman calls it a 49 cm, has a 52.5 Top Tube. Full 9 speed Dura Ace Group, FSA carbon crankset, Froggleg brakes, Ritchey WCS wheels, Paul's top brake levers, USE aluminum post, Candy pedals.  Hand made by Brent Steelman, Norcal legend. His Tig welded frames/fork are now going for $4350. Smooth, stable, handles great. Complete bike price on Ebay wil be $1299. Kissena price $1100. I have original matching straight bladed steel fork as well, that I will include for $75.00

Empella SL. Black. 52 cm/52.5 TT. Rides slightly bigger than the Steelman. Died in the wool race bike. Used 3 seasons but has plenty of life left in it. Would make a great "pit bike" for someone who doesn't have  second bike now. Full 9 sp Dura Ace, FSA SLK crankset, USE carbon post, Ritchey bars and stem, Ritchey WCS wheelset. Ebay price will be $850; Kissena $775.

Merlin XLC. Titanium Compact geometry designed by Tom Kellogg. Real Massachusetts made Merlin, not Tenn, mass produced frame. Merlin called it small, effective Top Tube is 54.5 cm. Full 9 sp Dura Ace group, FSA SLK crankset, USE carbon seatpost, Ritchey Protocol wheelset, Ritchey bar/stem, Speedplay pedals. This bike will outlive us all! Ebay price will be $2399, Kissena price $2100.
