anyone (1) have a set of SRAM Red rear derailleur pulleys for sale on the cheap? (2) know if the non-Red SRAM Rear Derailleur pulleys (rival, force) will work in SRAM Red.  Is the only difference that the Red has ceramic bearings?

My shop has a set laying around I'll ask about getting you a deal on them.

while we are talking jockey pulley's.....when do you replace them?  I have an original Sram red der.  and have never done any maintenance on it.

I might not need to replace mine.  Shifting seems fine.  The teeth are beginning to lose their flat tops.  If your pulleys no longer have flat tops on the teeth, but look like shark teeth, maybe time for new pulleys.  This winter, with all the muddy slush that I rode in, did a number on them.

All my pulleys look like needle-sharp piranha teeth.

If it shifts as fast as you want it to, let it be!

Pulleys can actually rob you of power if you let them go too long. (if they're shark's teeth you're definitely losing lots of it).  

After my incident at Spring Series yesterday, it's going to take a few weeks to get my bike fixed. Problem is that that's my one bike (other than on old mountain bike that's been converted to a commuter).

Anyone have a SRAM 10sp cassette they're not using/looking to sell? I'm getting a backup wheelset to use for cross/cunningham single track on the cross bike, and on the hunt for a bargain bin cassette.

The cheapster way to get a track wheelset is to buy a fixed-gear rear wheel (they can be  had for $50-100) and then temporarily convert one of your front wheels with this doo-hickey.

Does anyone have a 120mm road stem? Looking to stretch out the one on my Cdale. 1 1/8" 6 degrees black preferred. Also any recs on a good stem? I have the oem cannondale c2 on there now.
