Anyone have any recommendations for an entry level Cyclocross frameset I can also use on my 15 mile commute w paniers? 

giant's aluminum CX frames have hidden eyelets, https://www.giant-bicycles.com/us/tcx-slr-2, and Specialized has a variety of frames with mounting points--but I don't think their CruX does?-all can be ordered at Redbeard with your discount

not sure what you work situation is but before you go buying a bike around it, think about what you actually need to carry on your bike.  i have to wear a suit and tie at work...the suits live in the office and i dry clean them there.  33 miles round trip commute, i take a rest day or two each week and carry bigger items on those days via subway.  i thought i needed panniers but then bought a CX bike with no mounting points (to replace an older CX bike with mounting points) and have not regretted it

i realized that i spent a lot of time riding around with empty panniers.  then i bought a lovely waterproof Ortlieb backpack at Redbeard (club discount at work!) that perfectly fits my laptop and i haven't looked back!  i've biked home in the rain with my laptop and a suit folded up in the thing, it's as good as the best panniers in terms of waterproofing and much better in terms of affect on bike handling

That's great advice...always saw the paniers as a comfort item, and the handling definitely suffers.

& leaving clean work clothes at the office is definitely the way to go.

Garmin Edge 510 computer/GPS. I recently got a 520. This is in excellent condition, comes with box, manual, charger, all mounts and cables. $100

Shimano R500 wheelset. Brand New - never used. They came on a TT bike I bought and these were the wheels the shop put on so it could roll out of the shop. They come installed with Continental Ultrasport 23C tires (and tubes) and a Shimano 10 speed (5700) 105 cassette. Tires and cassette also unused. These are in a wheel box that I thought was empty until I went to break it down ! so $80
